Emoji key disappearing
RespondidaHi all,For the last day or two the dedicated emoji button doesn't show on my keyboard, even though the option is turned on.
The only thing I can think of that might be related is that I've subscribed to the beta version of the Google app.
Keyboard theme is Carbon but switching doesn't seem to change anything.
Restarting helped but after a while it's missing again.
I'm using a Poco X3 Pro, running on MIUI 12.5.7.
Would really love the help.
Hi Yotam Michael Yogev Could you please let us know if the issue is happening on specific apps or everywhere? A screenshot would be really helpful. Also, can you please help us with the OS version and SwiftKey App version?
It's the same issue for me and it's appearing for all applications
To restore emoji button, I have to switch to another keyboard and then switch again to swiftkey
Same issue, affects all apps. Galaxy S9 w Android 10, SwiftKey 8.10.13.2
HI all. Thank you for contacting SwiftKey support. Our apologies for the trouble - I would recommend that you please try uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft SwiftKey (current version) to see if this resolves things for you when the issue happens. Before uninstalling the app, please backup your personal language profile in SwiftKey Cloud if necessary, so that you don't lose any of your learned language. For help doing this, please: How to use Backup & Sync – SwiftKey Support
Please note that uninstalling the app might delete your Microsoft SwiftKey stats, including saved clips on the clipboard, so if it's okay with you, please go ahead and try to do so.
Just happened to me in the past week. Huawai P20 Pro.
Why has this happened? Have you buggered up the code?
Hi Lee Nicklen Could you please let us know if you're facing the same issue at present? If yes, please drop us a line here https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with any additional information/screenshots that might help, and we'll see if we can figure out together what's going on!
All back to normal again. Very strange...
Thanks for your reply and good to know it's working fine. If you have any more questions. Please feel to contact us or reach at https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Mine is still busted when typing messages and on websites.

The uninstall/reinstall thing worked for me.
(Galaxy Note 10+)
Still happening to me. Instead of reinstalling I just switch to another keyboard and back to Swiftkey as someone mentioned and that fixes it.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G
Android version: 12 (One UI 4.1)
Swiftkey version: 8.10.14.5
And it is still happening in July 2022. Galaxy 10, Android system, app, phone.... everything is up to date.
The only way to fix it is like the commenters suggest, and toggle between local keyboard and back to Swiftkey
Hello Tanya Morris, could you please try to update your SwiftKey app to the latest version and check if you are still experiencing the issue? Thank you!
