switching from SwiftKey Beta to SwiftKey using same login details

I am trying to switch back from the beta version 8.10.17.3 of SwiftKey Android, on Samsung A6 10" tablet .    To SwiftKey android  version 8.10.16.3.

I backed up my account with the app settings first, because I have personalised keyboards and learnt dictionary.

I have used the same Microsoft account to login.

I then went to sync - sync-data ..    But none of the keyboards under the yours or custom tabs have sync'ed .

I then tried closing running apps and turned off the tablet, for a few hours .

However when I turned it back on the data still wasn't there .  also then tried to sync it again with no joy .

I may be missing something obvious but Amy help or advice would be much appreciated .
