Hello,
When I switch to the emoji in the last version, the page shown is a crystal ball (apparently it is the beta predictions), instead of the "recent" (with the clock page). Does anyone knows how to change that ?

They only reason why I don't like swift key compared to gboard is due to lack of quick access to voice input. Can you please bring voice input key top right as it's currently placed in the gboard. To be honest Windows phone keyboard was so much better.

Searching is very important sometimes while writing. It is very annoying minimize app -> open browser -> search & copy -> minimize browser -> again open app & paste. So we wish you will bring this feature very near future and SwiftKey will not disappoint us.

I have Swedish and English activated, because I tend to use both languages. But whenever I'm typing a sentence in Swedish and hitting the letter "i", Swiftkey changes that to "I" (capital i) instead, even though my intention was to write "i" (which is a really, really common word in Swedish, meaning "in"). I've tried multiple times to tell swiftkey not to suggest "I" at all, but it doesn't help.

I'm pretty sure the reason is that "I" is an English word, which for some reason takes precedence over the Swedish (equally common) word "i". Please, please, could you develop the software such that the English suggestion does not automatically takes precendence in such "ties", but let it be based on the language the previous word belonged to instead? That would help a lot!

This feature is requested a long time ago, and I need it. I want the possibility to move the cursor while swiping over the space bar. Arrow Keys are useless, because I always accidentally press on the left arrow key instead of the space bar. Add this, immediately, please!

When you're typing away with the Swedish language and layout, you're forced to go back and correct all the "i''s. Swiftkey autocorrects every single "i" to a "Capital I".

We never have or ever will use capital "i" mid sentences.

I use three languages on a daily basis.

Having three languages turned on at the same time doesn't work very well, so I have to keep switching one language off and another on multiple times a day, it's a 6 step process...

Please make it a lot easier to switch languages!

So many users have complained about this auto-spacing issue that it surely must be becoming embarrassing to SwiftKey and for as good as SwiftKey has been in other areas, this one failure to address the problem is driving users right away from your products. For credibility of your name being ranked highly, you need to address this problem as soon as possible and it is entirely technically possible to code a fix right now and gain some loyalty back again.

This problem has been an ongoing issue for nearly 12-months now.

as a person which is using Czech language with a lot of extra letters ("ě, š, č, ř, ž, ý, á, í..."), the Incognito mode is perfect for me when I'm writing an SMS, because I can use normal letters ("e, s, c, r, z, y, a, i...") and my SMS is shorter and therefore cheaper.

However, I really don't like the incognito dark theme. Could it be removed and instead just left there my choosen theme? (I use the bright theme, which is perfect for me and I would appreciate to have this theme while incognito mode...)

I've been using Swiftkey for years now, having tried many many alternatives and finding it far superior than other options.

The only thing that is missing is the option to customize a key. For example, replace a symbol with another.

I have almost no use for the comma(,) and I use the question mark(?) all the time and the question mark needs two presses which is annoying, and really slows typing.

I am guessing Swiftkey has statistics of people's keypresses, they can check frequency. My guess is most people use the question mark a lot more than the comma, so why not make it default instead of the comma (if not adding the customize feature).

Hello, I'm a beta user, I don't bother with any other keyboard apps, this one is perfect. I do agree with all post that the voice to text button should be easier to access. Why can't you just create a custom keyboard (or two) 😀 with the key placement stand alone by itself...

I have the languages English (US) and Swedish enabled.

Whenever I type a Swedish sentence, swiftkey will capitalize the word 'i' (which means 'in' in Swedish).

Swiftkey should be able to determine that it is in a Swedish language context and NOT apply English language rules.

As it is possible to use 3th party keyboards on Android Wear if would be really nice if you would make it available.
First of all there are only a few language supported on AW therefore a keyboard which support more would be really successful.
Secondly all the words and usage statistics which the keyboard learnt on my phone and tablet could sync make it easier to type on a small screen.
Please if it is possible, make it happen!

Archaic Greek language old Greek please

I am a loyal user of the Swiftkey keyboard!  Unfortunately the keyboard does not function properly on my new Samsung Galaxy S8. It jumps ahead a space mid-word then continues typing the word but at that point it is not a real word because it is the second half of the word. This is the case with about 50% of what I type.

I would like to ask you to make available a QWERTY layout for Portuguese with the letter Ç, just like there's a layout for spanish with Ñ. It's horrible having to long press C everytime we want to put an Ç. Ç is as important for portuguese just as ñ is to spanish. Please make it available.

Hi Swiftkey team. I really like your keyboard and it's prediction system, but unfortunately can not use it because it does not have the most widely used in Lithuanian layout in Lithuania. It is QWERTY keyboard with Lithuanian symbols hidden number buttons:

1-ą;2-č;3-ę;4-ė;5-į;6-š;7-ų;8-ū; (9;0;- skipped) =-ž;

Would it be possible to include this layout to your App. Because I really want to use it but it is really uncomfortable with other keyboard.

What's the reason on removing such an useful feature? Please, make it default off if it bothers you but leave a way to turn it back on.

As a user, I would like to be able to use SwiftKey Keyboard to scan a barcode (QR-Code). By clicking a simple button that opens the camera and ready to scan a QR-code.
I think everyone wants to use this essential feature.

I've always used the Samsung keyboard before, but it lagged a lot on my new phone, so I was told to try another keyboard. Swiftkey has solved my lagging problem, or at least I don't notice it as much, but instead I find that I'd like to customize my backspace button. When I hold down the key, it deletes entire words instead of just letters, which really gets on my nerves when I make a typo in longer words (I type in Finnish too). Additionally, I'd really like to rearrange the "symbols" page (the one that pops up when you press the 123 button), though I suppose I'll grow used to the new order of keys in time if rearranging them isn't possible. But is there a way to change settings for the backspace key?

Listen, I know. Long story short, got Swiftkey on my old phone for years, now I have a new phone and yeah, it won't sync. After hours of research, I found out why... According to Wikipedia...

"In 2016 SwiftKey users began reporting personal details given by SwiftKey as suggested words to other users whom does not have previous connections, other issue includes foreign language and obscene words. SwiftKey responded by disabling cloud sync for word suggestions and released an update to mitigate the issue."

I think this is why. Practically, Swiftkey is now peer-pressured. I think they don't want that issue to happen again, so that's why they don't solve the prediction problem, because that problem solved a previous issue and they don't want such issues to happen again.

Let's hope that they let it return... someday...

I use a work profile on my Pixel 2XL so I can access my work email (duh!), and until I upgraded to Android 10 I had my SwiftKey keyboard in both my personal and work profiles. But now that I've upgraded I've lost SwiftKey from my work profile. Argh! Can I get it back? It's a real pain to have different keyboards in each profile!

HOW TO BACKUP AND RESTORE ALL CLIPBOARD CREATED SHORTCUTS?

I want to create a backup file from all the created clipboard shortcuts.

AND OVERVIEW IT?

in my phone i can't organise the shortcuts, i can only create a lot and scroll through the created shortcuts and edit them when i can find them. But after making hundreds of shortcuts it is frustrating to lose an overview and not be able to organise them all on Alphabetical order and in a spreadsheet file or anything exportable to a cloud - document - excel conversion so i can keep the shortcuts and export the file to another device and use them all again on that device.

This could be handy for educational tool on schools and universities with standard shortcuts.

Also it would be great if the overview is possible in a spreadsheet so people can really learn the shortcuts and overview them, edit the ones they want to edit and restore the file to the device or devices.

AND EDIT IT IN A FILE?

Talking about a dowloadable file is the first thing we need to do if we think about shortcuts on keyboards.

Swiftkey would be the best app if it allows users to create a file and make them able to edit these shortcuts personal in an editor online or on a spreadsheet cloud environment.

It's been more than a month now, since SwiftKey stopped predicting my saved words, emails etc. Its very annoying and not at all time saving.
I'll appreciate if someone can point me to another keyboard other than gboard. I'm done with SwiftKey now. They couldn't care less about their customers. Tweeted them few times, no replies or anything. Just pathetic and sad experience now.
