Why a space is added before exclamation or interrogation mark?

I don't know why, but when I type an ? Or an !, it add a space after the word I typed. (by exemple hello ! Instead of hello!). It's really annoying.

    Hello,

    If you have French language enabled, then it's expected.

    Grammar of French language says there must be a space before and after some punctuations including ":" "!" "?" and more. If you want to know more you can find it on Wikipedia.

    • Device make and model : Xiaomi Mi5s Plus
    • Device Android version : 6.0.1
    • Current SwiftKey version : last beta one (it does the same thing in normal swiftey too)
    • Steps to reproduce : Type ! after the word, it add a space before it.
    • Any screen shots that help show the issue

    Thanks! I use French Canadian right now and the exclamation mark is ok to me now!
