OK, I got a quick feedback from the team, it is now confirmed as a compatibility problem with Android 8.0 dev beta.

We'll make SwiftKey fully compatible when Android 8.0 is public stable version.

    Thanks again for your report.

    Hello,

Can you share us more information? (Following this guideline would be great!)

I'm currently on beta 6.6.2.25, and I am able to swipe down to close keyboard effortlessly.

In addition, maybe a video clip to show how you use this feature would explain more details.

Sorry 🙏, didn't see the guidelines.

    I have a Nexus 6p

Android beta program, running Android version 8.0

    Latest SwiftKey beta 6.6.2.25

Ive been using the gestures since I'm not a fan of flow. The swipe down gestures make the keys stick on the screen.

Here is a link to the screen record. https://youtu.be/pxMo4yMt2gI

    Thank you

It's totally fine, Sam, don't worry.

I've watched the video, it's indeed really weird! But as you're running Android 8.0, which is still a dev beta version, SwiftKey might not get ready for it yet.

I'll share this to the team, hope some of our testers also have 8.0 on their devices.

    Thank you for your report.
