    I too am having the same issue and it's driving me nuts. I love the keyboard and has worked great up until now.

    Im having the same issue. I can't remove learned Words from the tool bar. Long press is not working. What's the issue!

    I'm having the same issue, unable to long press to remove words in dictionary.
    Also, It seems every time I do an update, the SwiftKey keyboard starts predicting words which are not in context.
    It would also be a good option to be able to choose if we wanted to have place names switched on or off. All these places keep coming up as predictions randomly and are in another country from me so are annoying instead of useful.

    In the form there is a drop down menu asking what your message is about, there's Performance or Other, that could be relevant.

    All my rude words keep appearing,  really not helpful when the wife uses my phone.  Can’t believe they haven’t yet fixed it!

    I'm having exactly the same problem. Personalization won't complete. The progress bar gets less than a quarter of the way and then hangs for all services. I tried all the things suggested by SwiftKey on the website: logging out and in again, deleting the app and then reinstalling it. No go. The same problem is continuing. I have an iPhone XS Max.
