SwiftKey isn't syncing my saved words.
Basically the title says all. I switched from the Galaxy S7 to the Galaxy S10 and logged into my SwiftKey account using my Microsoft account (the same as I did on my S7) and none of my words are transferred to the S10. I know SwiftKey still remembers them, because I checked the "View data" page on swiftkey.com and all of my added words are there. Why won't they sync to my SwiftKey app on my S10?
Device make and model: Samsung Galaxy S10
Device Android version: 9 Pie
Swiftkey version: 7.3.4.18
Steps to reproduce: Just login using the same account from the other device. A word that should be saved, I have to add all over again. Basically starting from scratch.
I have same problem.
Same problem. From S8 to S10. No sync error. Logged in ok and all my words are stored on the swiftkey server. Help?
Actually that's happening with everyone. I have cross verified with few of my friends.
Interesting. Welp.. I've switched to Gboard until SwiftKey can get their stuff together.
SwiftKey, when this will be fixed?? I'm. Paying customer...
Same here... Really annoying... It's always problem after problem with Microsoft, will they make something good that works some day????
Just switched from S7 to S10e. Same issue. I tried everything but no success...
Switched from S8 to S10 yesterday, same issue. I also cannot make the keyboard as small on the S10 as i could on the S8.
Same issue moto G5 to moto G7
I already did all this steps

Same problem!
Given the number of posts about this lately, it seems to be a widespread problem.
Has anyone seen anything about what's going on?
It's happening to me, too, after moving to an S10 yesterday.
I'm with the same problem... I can check that my words are saved in my data, but the app isn't showing it.
same problem with my S10. Wondering if Swiftkey monitors this forum at all.
I guess that's a problem with Android Pie,
I faced the same issue on my redmi note 7 pro.
However, when i install SwiftKey on to another phone with Android Nougat, it syncs easily.
I don't know why the support team is dead?
Why aren't they doing anything about it.
I have switched to gboard after using SwiftKey for more than 5 years.
Sad to see SwiftKey don't care about users.
Wish I'd know android pie. I bought a new phone for the wife which had 8 synced it with SwiftKey and then updated and hers is working great. I just went from 9 to 9 and I like everyone else cannot sync.
Isn't a problem with Android Pie because I came from a Galaxy S9+ with Android Pie to my Huawei P30 PRO and it was working normally.
Then when I did a factory reset two weeks ago on my new phone after an updated this problem started to happen.
SwiftKey don't care about us, FACT!
A lot of users relating this sync problem and NONE answers.
May be, I guess that may not be a problem with Pie,
I even installed 2018 versions of SwiftKey, problem still persists.
Don't know what's the root cause.
Same problem here from my Sony Z5 compact to the new phone Sony XZ2 with swiftkey as default keyboard.
Ugh I just read the bad news, seeing the same issue on my Note 10 when it has worked flawlessly on my S10 for months now 😔 I really wish their support would say something...
It's something related to Google.
My tip is to you logout and log in through a Microsoft account and re-learn all the words again... It's working here this way.
Updated my OnePlus 3T from Android 8 to 9, I did a factory data reset before updating it. now i'm stuck like every body else in this post, and I didnt even switch phones.
