Account Authentication Failure

Whenver I log in to my Gmail account, it signs me in for about five seconds, then I get a notification that says "Account Authentication Failure". I'd really like this to stop happening so I can change my theme. For now, the theme will just sit as downloading forever without making any progress since I'm not actually signed into my acciunt.
