Transfer predictions to new phone

Hi there, I just installed swiftkey on a new android phone. I chose backup and sync on both phones, but my predictions are not showing up in the new phone. There might have been an issue where I clicked backup and sync on the new phone first before clicking it on the old phone (the old phone had not synced in many many days). And now it appears both phones have their own separate predictions. How do I get my old predictions onto the new phone? Thanks!
