Backup broken
I've seen dozens of people reporting the backup issue on the community (i. e. one changes or resets his phone and all backup data cannot be restored or synced, despite being seen on the account, simply one has to start from zero). Now I'm having the same problem. I couldn't find a single answer or solution from SwiftKey customer service. I contacted them and no response. It's very frustrating. Does anybody know a solution? Or something I don't know? Why are these guys not fixing this huge problem?! The app is totally worthless without a backup!

If you are signed in to your Microsoft SwiftKey Account and have enabled Backup & Sync then the words and phrases that matter to you are backed up securely and seamlessly synced across all of your devices. I agree why call it back up and sync if you're not backing it up. I work with a lot of developmental apps and having to loose all my typing data every time I do a factory reset is annoying.
