    Hi Dale, sorry to hear this, do you experience this with any other app?

    If not, can you let us know if the issue persists with Verizon support chat and another keyboard?

    That is what I mean, I switch to gboard when using My Verizon App and in Support Chat. It operates correctly. I also tested Samsung Keyboard, and it works correctly too.

    SwiftKey and SwiftKey beta both have issues.

    I have several Microsoft Accounts. I apologize if this reply is from a different account. I had a problem for some reason on the mobile using logging into the site here, with my browser logged into the same account.
