Bug report: Onscreen keyboard shows up when physical keyboard is used
RespondidaWhen using a physical keyboard, the onscreen keyboard shows up when tapping or clicking in the text (in Onenote).
Onscreen keyboard display has been turned off in physical keyboard settings.
With Gboard behavior is as expected, with the same setting onscreen keyboard never shows up.
Motorola Edge 30 Pro, Onenote, SwiftKey, Android 12 fully updated. Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
Hi Lars Vinberg thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it! Regarding the issue, please do update your SwiftKey app from Play store first. After updating, try clearing the cache of it by going to Device settings > Apps and notifications > Apps > Microsoft SwiftKey > Storage > Clear Cache > And unpair your Physical keyboard and restart your mobile device. And pair it again.

I have the same issue as well as the prediction bar showing when using a physical keyboard and I can't have that when I am doing a remote desktop session, it covers the task bar of the remote computer and doesn't go away when you stop typing and switch to mouse control.
Hello, thank you for reaching us. Predictions are an integral part of the Microsoft Swiftkey keyboard. We do not support the feature to disable the prediction bar(while using physical keyboard too). Currently, it is expected behavior. We have passed your feedback on to the team so that we can keep it in mind as we continue to improve Microsoft SwiftKey. Thank you!
