Cannot turn on clipboard sync on Android phone
Respondida1. After I click the “Sync Clipboard History”button, it keeps on showing “Subscribing to the cloud clipboard…”. But cannot turn on the clipboard sync on Microsoft Swiftkey.
2. I am using Xiaomi Phone with MIUI12 in China mainland.
3.I have turned on the Cross-device sync function on Windows10 and signed in with the same Microsoft account.
Hi, sorry for the trouble. Could you please try clearing the cache of it by going to Device settings > Apps and notifications > Apps > Microsoft SwiftKey > Storage > Clear Cache > Restart the device. Please manually Sync the device. Open Microsoft SwiftKey app> Tap "Account"> Tap 'backup & sync'> Tap 'Refresh' icon on the top right-hand side. For more information: Backup & Sync
