Copy Items not Showing in Clipboard

I have using this feature daily. Today, even when the message says that "it has been copied to clipboard", I don't see it in the menu? Please advise.

Hello, thank you for reaching us. Could you please let us know if the "Remember copied items" option is enabled on your Microsoft SwiftKey clipboard settings? Could you please help us with your device's OS version and SwiftKey app version? Thank you!
