Would love to have an option for haptic feedback for SwiftKey iOS. I can't understand why they haven't added that yet, it seems really simple. I don't want to leave SwiftKey because of this, it's such a great keyboard.

iOS Trackpad implementation2 votos 2 comentarios
I'm really pleased the trackpad feature has been added to SwiftKey (it's so useful!). However, the way it is implemented in SwiftKey makes it a little less useful - particularly when scrolling up lines of text. The cursor seems to jump to the end of the closest word. Which sounds useful. But actually, because the cursor is jumping around all over the place, it's quite hard to follow. The way the trackpad is implemented in the default keyboard is much more intuitive - the cursor maintains its horizontal location when you scroll up. If it's technically possible, please implement this approach in SwiftKey! Thanks
[Feature Request] Please make special characters visible on the keys3 votos 2 comentarios
I really would like to not have to hit the number key to get special characters and numbers . On my android I could long press a key to get the character or had the option for a number row. In iOS, it's really a pain to have to leave the main keys to just get a character or number. Can you add a number row and make special characters accessible on the letter keys? Thank you
Type halfway+swipe to complete input combination broken since last update Respondida2 votos 2 comentarios
Say for example I'm typing the word 'atmosphere'
Before the last update, I was able to manually type out A, T, then continue to end the word by swiping from M through E. And the word completes.
However.. Now.. If I were to manually type A, T. Then continue to swipe the remaining letters. The A, T will end as 'at' and start a new word with the swiping input from M to E.
This is annoying as I've gotten used to using a combo of half manual type and swiping to complete typing style. It is also one of the reasons I've stuck to SwiftKey! Cos no other swipe keyboards allow this feature.
Please rectify 🙏🏼🙏🏼

it would be nice to at least know WHY Swiftkey is unable to provide a Dvorak keyboard for iOS as they ARE able to do in Android
iPhone X color bug Respondida0 votos 2 comentarios
The blending keyboard for the iPhoneX theme is not able to switch to black jnstead of white, only in the preview in the app itself. Am I doing something wrong or is it just not possible yet?

Number keys for iOS3 votos 2 comentarios
I keep seeing how adding the number key functionality is not currently possible in iOS. However, I've already seen this in the Touchpad keyboard. I would really love it if SwiftKey would follow suit and add this functionality.

Gmail personalization doesn't work - and does not fail0 votos 2 comentarios
So, I'm trying to teach swiftkey some words in bulk so I don't have to type them all. I send myself an email with the words which I want to be added and then I click the personalise with Gmail. All goes seemingly well, I get 'Last personaliszed: just now", then I try swiping the new words and they are not getting completed. If I try to type them I can see they are not there bc I get the word grayed out ready to be added. Obviously new words were not added.
I don't have the problem with 'personalization failed' most ppl have.
Any suggestions? IMAP is ON, Send mail is on IMAP, tried with another gmail account, same thing.

Marathi is unavailable on iPAD Respondida0 votos 2 comentarios
I use Marathi keyboard on my Sony Android phone. It’s wonderful.
But I feel very sorry that my iPAD, on which I write too much in Marathi, is not so supported.
May I know when this facility would be made available for iOS?
For the love of god, fast commas please! Respondida5 votos 2 comentarios
I have been using SwiftKey on Android for years, switched to iPhone a few days ago. Very unhappy with the ways comma work here. To insert a comma and a space after it, I have to hit the "special symbols" button, then comma, and then the space bar. Alternatively, I have to press and hold the "." key, then move to the comma, then hit space. That is 3 keystrokes, whereas in Android it only took one (you have the comma button on the default keyboard to the left of the space bar, and an empty space is automatically added once you hit it). Likewise, it is also annoying that no space is added after hitting the "." button, however at least this can be fixed by using a double-tap on the space bar to create the dot instead.
I understand SwiftKey is trying to imitate the way the native iOS keyboard works in this regard, but frankly, that setup is just horrible, so please at least give us the option to customize. A comma is a button that is too frequently required not to be on the main keyboard, and in at least 90% of cases, when you type a comma, you want an empty space behind it, so that really should be automatic.
Haptic Feedback4 votos 2 comentarios
I don't understand how to enable Haptic feedback in SwiftKey. The support article says
Opening the emoji panel, long-pressing the emoji/globe key,
and activating the 'emoji bomb' will all trigger small vibrations.
But i don't see an "Emoji Bomb" in the emoji panel.
I am using an iPhone 8 with iOS 11
Korean language for ios (II)0 votos 2 comentarios
Waiting for the Korean support in ios for an incredibly longtime is really frustrating. I do not understand how come the Android version has Korean while ios version does not. Is it so because your engineers are lazy? There are already many requests for Korean ios in the forum.
Can you please add Korean?

SwiftKey and ios Google App Respondida0 votos 2 comentarios
When typing in the search field of the ios Google App and using the Swiftkey keyboard on iPhone 7 it constantly tries to bounce between keyboards making it very difficult to type. For example, when I push a letter it will sometimes accept the letter, but while doing so you can briefly the Apple default keyboard flash for a split second and in most cases it completely screws up what I'm trying to type. This only happens in the Google search app.
I've uninstalled Swiftykey and the Google app but the problem persists. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

SwiftKey not working properly2 votos 2 comentarios
I figured that on my Iphone 6+, SwiftKey is not working very well.
Issues started with some earleri iOS version about a year ago: When opening Safari, Facebook, Whatsapp or any other app that requires anything to be typed in, Swiftkey deliberately switched back to the preinstalled German keyboard on the Iphone. Hitting the Globe button to turn it back resulted in the same behaviour. It only worked out after the third or forth attempt. That sometimes did not allow me to react quick enough to critical requests for business purposes when seconds count.
iOS upates that followed in the meantime seemed to solve the issue, but since iOS 10.3.2 came in, the odd behaviour returned, plus, sometimes it does not even load the character interface of Swiftkey at all. Swiftkey is currently running on version 2.0.2 on my Iphone.
Rebooting the Iphone, de- and reinstalling SwiftKey as well as even resetting the Iphone to factory defaults and bringing in all my apps and settings again did not solve the issue. This is very unnerving!
Do you have any advise on how to solve that?

Auto-capitalization of "I"7 votos 2 comentarios
I'd like the uppercase "I" to stop being predicted. I've removed it a bunch of times but it still brings it up. I just want to use lowercase "i" from now on. Is the only way to do this to continue to manually correct it on the prediction bar? It doesn't seem to be working.
