Hi. I really like SwiftKey, I've been using it for 10 years. I like how it is design to optimize the writing speed in spite of human errors.

I'm going to report an issue that has been happening to me for years, and it's caused by human error, not by app design, but considering the concept of the app, I think this should be taken into account.

I write using the prediction bar, always, I only use the spacebar when I'm writing a new word that I don't want autocorrected. Very often while typing fast I press by mistake whatever is on the top of the prediction. It seems that the prediction bar is too short and it causes many different problems: If I'm writing in GMail, it moves the cursor to the end of the text (after the signature), if I'm on Google Sheets it makes me touch the symbols that are on the bottom of the screen, and in other apps it opens the sticker list.

I tried changing the size of the keyboard and it helps, but my problem is not with the size of the keys but with the size of the prediction bar. I would like to have an option to make the prediction bar taller without affecting the size of the keys. Another idea would be to add a small space on top of the keyboard. This could all be optional.

I also tried forcing myself to not tap so high, but after literally a decade of repeating the problem I'm contacting you for help.

All autocorrects turned off, wasn't happening few months before. Sample - write sentence "That would be". Put cursor after word "would", start deleting letter by letter. When there's only "That w be" remaining, text suddenly changes to "Thatul be". If I try to correct such cases (especially in longer sentences), usually I'm getting some other meaningless replacement, to the point where I'm unable to correct at all without rewriting everything from the end. That's insane.

Further in the sample, autocomplete options still show choices "wouldn't would would be". If I select "would", final sencence becomes "Thatuld be". Which looks like replacement indexes are getting corrupted, in addition to the autocorrect which had to not happen at all.

I realize that you want to try to keep everyone happy, but we should be able to use adult orientated gifs.  As an adult, I am fully capable of knowing when it's appropriate to use them and when it's not.  A toggle that is turned off by default, but to allow us to turn them on would be great.  Right now, I have to switch between keyboards to use them, which is obviously not the solution that I should have to use.  Especially with such a great tool as this is :).  

Some of your support videos have very low PLAYBACK VOLUME for their soundtrack. Please update to make them a bit louder by playing them back on a device like this ANDROID PHONE. MAKE SURE THE VIDEO'S PLAYBACK CLEARLY, AND AND LOUD ENOUGH TO BE EASILY HEARD. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR TIME AND ASSISTANCE IN FIXING THE LOW VOLUME PLAYBACK PROBLEM IN SOME OF YOUR INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS. NOTE! I LINKED A BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR TO THIS PHONE SO I COULD HEAR THE LOW VOLUME IN SOME IF THE VIDEOS. THE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER DIDN'T HELP THE LOW VOLUME PROBLEM EITHER.

Why doesn't the Swiftkey APP have a selection to give voice feedback to selections if wanted? if you WHEN I hit a button. For example; if I hit the button for Resize. Have a selectable voice say"RESIZE". If I hit the button for Themes. I Then a selectable voice would say:Themes. In the support dialog your APP would have the ability to read back what I wrote if needed plus noting OPTIONS SET/SELECTED. I'd like to be able to set up Swiftkey to tell me the setting selected, and the options I set per options set for level of verbosity. I have a vision impairment problem. That makes reading in some cases difficult to very difficult. There should be an option to set this in the SETTINGS, and an option to set LEVEL of VERBOSITY . When I tap the bottom half of the space bar it inserts a double space, but tapping the top half inserts a single space. Also, this applies to the comma key. This is really annoying as it interrupts my typing and I can't find a way to turn this off or fix this.

I use the regular (non-beta) swiftkey app on Samsung Galaxy S10 with Android 10.

I have used swiftkey for years and suddenly with a new phone it randomly pastes a long sentence in my text, I dont know how I am triggering it but its annoying the crap out of me. How do I stop this or turn off whatever new feature it is?

I've changed my phone and started getting red lines under almost every word I type. Why, and how do I get rid of it?

I use AdAway on my device and the default list blocks some server which makes SwiftKey unable to send GIFs, it only appears Retry on the GIF Tab... If I disable it works normally.

Someone can tell me what is the server SwiftKey needs to connect to send GIFs so I can Whitelist it?

my phone is the oppo reno 2,  and on my previous phone it doesnt have a spell checker meaning that i dont encounter the red underline. My phone settings does not have any spell checker feature. Whats the solution

I recently update Good Lock on my S10+ running Andriod 10. After that I noticed that the bottom row which houses the enter key becomes unresponsive..Since I have finger print unlock setup it I get prompted for unlock password very rarely. But when it did, it gave me quite a scare since I was locked out of my phone with no way to hit enter after typing in my password.

I had to switch to safe mode to get back into my phone, updated swiftkey hoping it was a one off issue but got locked out again. I was forced to switch to the samsung keyboard for now.

This is not a problem for your application but for my phone model (Sony Xperia xa1). I can't resize the keyboard in the way described on your site because the active areas are right in that area of the screen that is difficult to access (the active areas in your application are very small in my phone and I can't reduce the rectangle on the keyboard). PLEASE indicate where in the phone the set file is (to change size as digits), or please put larger active zones below, left and right to make it easier to resize :)

Hi Swiftkey Team. Punjabi language keyboard on Swiftkey keyboard is not complete, which causes problems and we can't write Punjabi properly. On Swiftkey, it is same as Urdu keyboard. To Occupie all the accents of Punjabi i,e,. Majhi, Jatki, Multani etc. There are 8 Addition Alphabets in Punjabi as to urdu. So, We Request Swiftkey team to add these Additional Alphabets in GBoard Punjabi Keyboard, that we 100 million Pakistani Punjabi can write Our language properly.
