I noticed that since 3 days ago, when typing using swiftkey, it starts echoing characters in words.
For example, in the picture below, swiftkey added an extra "i" to writing, an extra "h" to here and an extra "." at the end of the sentence.
That was an extremely useful feature and I can't find it anymore anywhere in the app.
Hallo,

I would try several ways to learn some more about android browser & like to change its default page content://com.android.browser.home/ I learn useful steps to successfully apply it in my device.
Most times I doubletap the Shift key to turn on the CAPITALS keyboard it fails. It doesn't recognise the doubletap. But if I tap slower it does. So I wish to speed up the system recognition of the doubletap on the Shift key.
I love the arrow keys on the SwiftKey Keyboard, but I've an issue with them.
I frequently go to press space bar and accidentally hit the 'back' arrow key. As I type quite fast this results in my typing cursor going back one letter into the word and breaking off the final letter as I type more. It looks a bit like this:
"Typing a messag gets reall annoying sometimesye"
Basically, in this example, I hit the the 'back' arrow instead of the space bar at the end of the words 'message' and 'really'.
I'd prefer to continue using the arrow keys if possible because they're quite useful, so my feature request is this:
Would it be possible to have a setting for the arrow keys require long press to activate? If a short press is detected on the arrow keys, have said arrow keys perform the action of the key above it.
(This would specifically to the 'down arrow' key and the 'back arrow' key as the 'up' and 'right' keys have multiple buttons above them they're not really an issue to be honest.)
Swiftkey is installed on my Android 7 phone.
When I press the Swiftkey app it doesn't open the app so I cannot get into it.
This started when I was trying to find out why I started getting emojis instead of enter arrow.
Any thoughts as to what has happened please?
The keyboard just popped up recently (must have been an update?) with this really super-annoying and distracting face-like image as a watermark on the keyboard (two circles, and a rectangular-ish hat). I HATE it. It is causing me to mis-type things, and I want it gone. I cannot figure out how or why it got there, but I need to know how to remove it or I will be deleting this program. Please advise.
When I write in Facebook Messenger, instead of keeping the existing textfield (and see the last reply from my friends), I get a full multiline text area hiding everything. I would prefer to keep the "existing" text field from the Messenger application.
I looked in the swiftkey for a configuration and did not find anyway to disable that behaviour.
Can someone help me with this?
Apparently the January 23rd new sticker fix has made my Samsung S10+ unable to create new stickers!
Duuuuude!!! Help!
Hello would it be possible to put a small icon when a keyboard theme is new.
I'm coming from gboard, and I love the ability to select a word and hit the shift key to cycle through capitalization of the word. Does SwiftKey have the same feature? I tried using the same method, and it didn't work. What am I doing wrong?
I am unable to use the words "gay, lesbian, homophobic, and homosexual." I am gay and active in my community and must use these words all of the time. This app/service appears to be homophobic it/themself(selves.) I see this was a topic that someone else posted several years ago, and that person was brushed off with unacceptable answers. I think I'm switching back to my old keyboard app.
Often, when I swipe right on the .!? key I end up with MC instead.
How can that stop?
What's going on here?
I admit it might be me, but I've seen others mention it before.
