    1. Paste clipboard : can be paste when swiping the top suggestion bar OR from the top numerical. ( set from left OR right - for right to left languages )

    2. When typing ( not swiping ) a word, the speller fix it, I want that after I press "BACKSPACE" , the specific word I typed will be changed to the same I type before.

Meaning: I type : WORDL ( assuming it's a word ) , the speller fix it to: WORD or WORDS , when I press BACKSPACE, it will automatically know and change the fix to mine typed: "WORDL". ( than, I can press SPACE and move on to the next word )

    3. question mark ? , and ! : I didn't like the thing that there isn't a key for "?" nor "!"

for "?" it can be set to:

    A. The key next to the backspace (M)

    B. Pressing twice on the "."

    C. Check ( with your data ) which symbol is the least pressed, then, replace it to: "?"

the "!" can be set to:

    A. Twice pressing the ","

    B. Check ( with your data ) which symbol is the least pressed, then, replace it to: "!"

    4. keys with multiply selections ( like the "$" which opens at least 4 symbols ) needs to be color changed to red or something that we'll know there is more hidden selection.

    5. Auto switch back to ALPHA: auto snap back to alpha mode if user type number followed by a space/enter

    6. shortcuts: I have a username called: "tobenary" , I hate typing it all the times

I liked when I had this feature: I just typed: "tob" and space > changed to "tobenary"

    when I want to write: "@gmail.com", I created a shortcut: @gm > @gmail.com

I'd like to hear your thoughts regarding all of those necessary features.

    Thanks

For suggestions 1, 2, &4 we'll consider them as feature request.

For 3 : please take your time and take a look at this article. Especially the instant slider. It's easy to get used to and easy to use.

For 5 : not sure it's a good idea, people may not need it as "required". But that's what I personally think because I've never seen people need that.

For 6 : we've already have shortcuts : SwiftKey settings > Typing & autocorrect > clipboard > add a new clip, and your can add a clip (a word, a short phrase, an email addr, etc) with shortcut (some letters that you want to trigger the text expansion). This is a new feature based on users' requests.

    BTW

For 3 : please take your time and take a look at this article.

This should be in the demo when installing the keyboard.

a hover like most of the apps are now doing.

    Firstly, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

when you input a number to a certain field, the keyboard goes into the number mode. That is a problem, sometimes, because you cannot open the clipboard from that number mode to paste your earlier texts. Therefore: please add the clipboard key to number keyboard occasions as well.

Speaking of which, I wish the clipboard button was different way because I'm with having hard time sliding that small thing often.

    Secondly, ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

not long ago I saw in Kickstarter a keyboard into which you you could program various notifications. For example, if you get an email, e.g. the letter 'g' would get a purple light on. You would program dozens of these things. Implementing a similar thing into SwiftKey would pay itself back quite well. More on the technology here:

Pardon me if I posted this in the wrong section. Thanks! ☺

    Hello Xiaver,
The area where you can only input numbers is coded by the app or the Web page. The code made SwiftKey to change into the number pad mode. I'm not sure if the clipboard can be accessed there due to system security measures. But I'll try to make a feature request.
As for the second suggestion, it's a deep customization which focus mostly on fun than daily communication. Besides we don't want to copy the feature of other keyboards. Personally I doubt it. But I will share it with mods as well.
    Thanks for the feedback.

    I appreciate your help Alpert,

on the note of keyboard keys lighting up for certain notifications, yes it's true that it's already implemented somewhere. However, you would be the first to do that for a virtual keyboard. In terms of content, it should of course be a useful function. Something like: "Q" lights up when you've written 100 words today, "W" when you've written 500 words and so on. An efficacy bar so to speak. But that's just an example, maybe you will come up with other types of info for it. ☺

Also, could the clipboard slider be improved a bit? Something. It's quite hard to open up. Thanks again.

I told them to do it when sliding on the suggestion bar or at the bottom bar (from enter to 123)
    They are thinking of it...)

I would like to add something to this thread if I may...

In the event a user accidentally pastes something from their clipboard where they hadn't intended to, it would be useful if there was an "undo" function/option.

I also noticed a strange set-up flaw. If you look at the two buttons on either side of the space bar, one is a common. The problem is in the button on the other side. Firstly, this is the only phone I've ever owned where pressing and holding the period/full-stop button, didn't include an apostrophe in the pop-up menu. There is however. ANOTHER comma!?

Oh I also noticed that it doesn't appear there is any way to delete themes that are no longer wanted and another strange thing. It is possible to download a theme you already have, so that you end up with multiple copies. Very frustrating when it seems you can't delete either.

Oh I have a request, please. A keyboard theme a bit like "pumpkin", except black is the base colour and red is the secondary. White of course the third.

SwiftKey is a very good keyboard. Hopefully with a bit of tweaking it can become the best.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I'd like to 2nd the bitmoji idea. On my previous keyboard, I could access bitmoji directly from the keyboard by pressing the smiley. Now I just get the stock emoji's
