Keys become unresponsive when phone has been on for a few hours
When my HTC 10 (Nougat)has been on for a few hours, SwiftKey starts to become unresponsive, where some keys (notably 'i' and 'e') take various presses to get them working. Restarting the phone sorts the issue out, but then it will come back a few hours later.
Anyone else experience this?
Hello,
I'm using HTC 10 as well. But I have no such a problem.
Can you share us the version number of SwiftKey you installed?
Alpert
6.5.8.26
I was testing if it was app specific, but it does it in Facebook Messenger, Viber and Google messages...
Thanks for the details.
When you mean Google messages, do you mean "android message" app by google?
Can you try following methods?
Keep us updated. Thanks
Alpert
Yes, google's message app.
OK, I will keep you posted!
Thanks for your help,
Rich
