Hello @Lia,
The red underline is called "spell checker", and it's an android feature, it will work with Google Keyboard (Gboard) and some OEM first party keyboards, but sadly not with most of the 3rd party keyboards, including SwiftKey.
If you follow the steps:
Normally you won't see them again. Again, this is not a SwiftKey problem.
Happy typing

Hello, first of all thanks for the great keyboard. Now this recently happened to me, I changed nothing. But when I use another keyboard like gboard, red kines disappear!
With Google's keyboard when I switch languages the spell checker knows to switch dictionaries. With SK the dictionary doesn't change and hence the red underlines. For me personally this is a deal breaker. I really like SK but not willing to give up spell checking.
Any chance for a different solution without turning off the spell checker?
Thank you very much alpert you really helped me❤️❤️❤️
Similar to the above (Google speller works, with the google keboard active, yet marks as read when using SwitfKey),
The odd thing is that SwiftKey works fine on Galaxy S9 (Android 9) but doesn't on Pixel 3a (Andorid 10) - so it depends on your Android phone and possibly your version (10 isn't yet available for S9, and i didn't have Pixel before 10).
Very annoying since SwiftKey is my preferred keyboard :-\
This solution doesn't a work for me. Any one else having this problem?
Seeing the same problem when running on OnePlus7T with Android 10.
When I go to spell checker menu and select Hebrew as the language (instead of System Languages (which contain English and Hebrew)), then Hebrew text is spell checked correctly and English words are not.
I guess SK doesn't signal correctly to Android that Language was switched, thus it still uses the English one.
BTW, tried adding Hebrew words to the private dictionary - they do appear in the dictionary but they're still flagged with a red underline.
I would like to share my data with a co worker without him logging in to my account how can I transfer my saved data to another account
Is there a way to get back my data from another account that was deleted
my phone settings does not have a spell checker
Well, simply UNINSTALL G-Board or make it disable, or moved to the default version or clear its data... One of these option will surely work..
Disabling spell check will not work in higher android versions.
