SwiftKey Freezes on Samsung Galaxy 8S

Keyboard freeze on screen constantly. The main phone buttons have no effect on this and even if I close all apps, the keyboard remains as an overlay with no functionality. I have to shut the screen off and log back in with my fingerprint to make it stop. Any fix for this?
