    Hi, sorry to hear about the trouble. Do you see the wrong letters being typed? Can you please submit a video of the issue to https://aka.ms/sk-support? This way we can see the issue and help you further.

    You can try to clear cache however please make sure you are signed in to your Microsoft SwiftKey Account and you have backup and sync enabled so the words that matter to you are backed up securely.
