There is no way to toggle to just one language. When you have multiple, they are always active.
So, you can't.
Why not? Do SwiftKey plan on implementing this feature or do you think that status quo is sufficient for multilingual users?
You cannot at this time.
SwiftKey multilingual was built so you would not have to take any action to switch to a new language. When you do have more than one language installed, the predictions should not be too mixed. This gives you the ability to switch languages on a whim by just starting to use words in said language.
