Android kitkat crashes
RespondidaHi everyone new here but looking for some help with android kitkat as I've tried installing several versions of SwiftKey but once I've given it permissions it just crashes out every time it is activated. My device is a Asus padfone X mini.
I also have a Asus padfone X std and SwiftKey works fine and they are pretty much the same os.
Any ideas as to what is causing this is it a memory issue as its only got 1gb of ram and has about 400mb free.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
SwiftKey dropped support for KitKat a long time ago.
Please consider a device with newer Android version.
It is so disappointing to hear this as kitkat mobiles are still good enough but software companies are constantly forcing us to upgrade doing more damage to the environment for no other reason than hardware profits.
Im not asking for the software to be re written im asking which version was most stable on kitkat as it seem to crash on a 1gb devise it has 400+ mb of free memory so should be good to go, it would be good just to know which version is best on kitkat.
