Cannot connect to SwiftKey account [Solved]
Hello,
I am trying to install SK for the first time on my daughter's phone. When I try to connect/create SK account, it shows me a new window for me to choose Google account or Microsoft account.
I am trying to use Google account, a popup ask me to choose the G account, I do so and then nothing happens and the window asking me to choose G account or Microsoft is still here....
Phone : Galaxy A5 2017
Android : V 8.0.0
SK : 7.3.2.19
Please help me.

I have an update on this issue (and a workaround) - it seems Google's age verification was causing the endless looping.
If this is happening on your device please follow the steps below:
You should now be able to successfully sign back in to your SwiftKey Account using Google.

Was asked to post in this thread. My problem is I'm unable to login to my Google account on my new phone. I have the same issue as the above, when I try to login it just gets stuck.
Not sure if it helps but I actually have 2 Gmail accounts on my phone, my other account signs in fine (this sadly isn't my primary one so isnt much use here) Doesn't this suggest it's an actual issue my account rather than my phone given I can sign in with one account and not the other?
Is anyone able to help? I'm getting pretty tired of the app telling me to finish the setup by signing in when I can't?!
Trying, failing and getting very frustrated with trying to sign in on the Samsung galaxy s10+. Sign in circle keeps going round and round. Tried yesterday and today. Same issue.
Same issue brand new one plus 7 Pro. Latest update, click Google account to sign in and it just goes to a white box with a spinning wheel. Cannot connect my account.

android version, SwiftKey version, you might also want to check if the Google Play Services is up to date.

Checked my play services and this is up to date too. But as I said I don't think it's specifically the phone as I can sign in with my other Gmail account which is also on my phone. Suggests something is wrong with my actual account.

Like Luke above I have two accounts but unlike Luke I'm having the same issue with both accounts. I've checked permissions etc and updated everything including play services etc. All seem to be OK. Still having the issue. I've even checked my emails to ensure that I had the correct email associated with SwiftKey and its all in working order. Please post if there's any other info you need. Pretty frustrating still.
Same Problem here. Galaxy s10 does not log in to account. White page&spinning wheel. SK beta 7.3.3.10, Android 9. Very annoying, pls help!
Same here on Huawei P30 Pro. Spinning wheel, nothing else happens. Using latest version provided in Play Store 7.3.2.19. Regarding the amount of posts, this seems to be nothing specific, but more a general issue. Fixing welcome! Thanks!

Checked my Huawei P10+. Since logoff, I cannot login anymore. Latest Play Store version.
Same here, swiftkey Beta or main app, no diffrent. Can't connect to my Google account on my new S10+. Outlook works, but there I don't have my customer dictionary, which is trained over a few years. Writing now is much complicated. Please, help - thx

Sorry for the delay. During these days we have looked into this problem very carefully but there's nothing out of ordinary in terms of login or authentication on our side. It is perhaps, a Google server issue.
Our team did manage to reproduce the same problem, but today it seems work again on the devices in our team.
So I kindly ask you to re-try login with Google account, and please give us your feedback whether if it worked or not. If it won't work, I'll create a support ticket for you.

thx for looking into it.
But the issue stayes.
I disconnect my outlook account wich i made instead of the Google account tryed to connect my Google account. But still the same: i choose connecting with google, i selected my Google account wich is listen and then a blank site is shown and is stays for ever. Nothing happen till i press the back button.
The actual main app and the actual beta app. Both the same.
Still not working for me, too...
Still doesn't work for me, even tried installing the app again and starting a fresh.

This all started because SwiftKey started to cause 'Not Responding' errors all the time, literally popping up every couple of seconds. I restarted the phone and it kept doing it. So I reinstalled the app, the 'Not responding' errors have gone but now I have the 'unable to sign in' problem.

Installing new beta Update today, but still the same.
By the way, logging in via Google here in the support area works fine.
Is there a way to transfer the dictionary from the Google Account to the Outlook Account?
Then i would be fine with it.
