Had the same problem, was wondering what convoluted issue this might be.

Ticking the newsletter box fixed it. What the everloving f***.

Had the same issue, selecting the newsletter box worked, so it does seem like a SwiftKey issue and not Google's or Microsoft's.

    I'm pretty sure it's not a google problem. It's a SwiftKey problem.

wtf! That is the solution! Ticking the newsletter box. Is this some cheap stunt to make you sign up to their junk mail?

    Get it fixed, Swiftkey!

I was able to sign in today without ticking the newsletter box, but unfortunately I can't restore my dictionary/saved words, even though it's available on SwiftKey website under 'manage my data' !

same problem here, new Samsung S9 with Android 9 and newly installed SwiftKey App, I can't sign it to my account, even ticking the newsletter box doesn't work.

I'm still signed in to SwiftKey on my old phone, is that a problem?

When are you guys gonna fix this? I'm so frustrated 😤!!!!!!! Your app has the data stored but it's not using the data that is stored. Seems like not a Google problem. It's a SwiftKey app bug that needs to be fixed.

Any solution regarding the syncing of data ? I can easily sign or sign out but unable to sync my old swiftkey data. The officials should resolve this issue as well, its been months now

Swiftkey team keeps hiding behind the "login looping" problem saying it's "fixed"... when we're really talking about the syncing problem that they won't admit to it or respond to.

I mean, look at all the new threads about the syncing problem!! And it's not like they're not active in the forum, Alpert's last response was 4 days ago: https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360053670731-Cannot-Find-Personalization-Settings

They're actively doing stuff to the app with new updates but all it's been is new languages.

Either someone needs to actually take the time to make a new pinned thread about the syncing issue leading to a solution for it (because this current thread is talking about the login looping issue, hence why the swiftkey team keeps saying it's "fixed" which is debatable and/or hiding behind it) or someone should start recommend another keyboard on here.

If it turns out we can't get the predictive dictionary because of that new Google policy last July (which Alpert mentioned in the link I noted above and this article: https://www.androidauthority.com/google-swiftkey-gmail-1003245/), that's fine to admit it. I mean, I'll most likely go find another keyboard if they have no interest in fixing the solution... but it's better than the team covering your ears saying lalalala while everyone making a new thread every a few days wanting answers and solutions to the syncing problem.

Just got a new phone Samsung A50, trying to log into my account and getting the same as others. Just the circle constantly going round. I've logged out on my old phone and now can't log in on it either. How did people get it fixed.

Logging in to https://data.swiftkey.com via Chrome with my Google account fixed it for me. Via browser it was asking for additional permission to know my age range which maybe why login was failing, but SwiftKey wasn't warning me of this.

    Fix:

    Go to https://data.swiftkey.com

Log in with google account, accept new age permission,

Go back to swiftkey, it will let you sync google now.  Fixes the spinning google sync circle that never ends.

I came here with the same problem on a brand new Samsung Galaxy A40 (my husband has the same issue on his also new Samsung Galaxy A50).

I tried logging in using https://data.swiftkey.com

It won't let me. I tried Google and Facebook, it always tells me "A SwiftKey account does not exist using these credentials. Please try one of the other options."

There's comments from more than 6 months and the oficial comment asks to report it to Google. Although I have the same problem. I'm trying to sign in with my Google account and it stills in a eternal loop and never login, so I have tryed with my Microsoft account and exactly the same thing happen, it comes to a endless loop and it does not log in.
Hello SwiftKey team, I am not sure that the problem is with Google.
Your developers should try to login with the accounts from different devices and check what is the bug.
I've never saw before a bug takes so long to be solved like this.
My phone is a Huawei p30

Reading the comments to see if anyone found a solution since there's no support or solution from SwiftKey team.
Find another area to work, because development isn't for you guys

Same "login loop" problem as originally reported. Tried the suggested https://data.swiftkey.com fix--failed. Logged me into the website, but when trying again from the app, it starts to loop again with the same "looping error". Ticking the newsletter spam box worked, but should NOT have. Definitely not a Google problem.

    Hello everyone,

    I have a question:

Why have we marked this thread as solved and everyone keeps giving the workaround for the data.swiftkey.com?

My understanding is that despite doing that fix, SwiftKey does not retrieve our dictionary fully and work like it used to.

Am I incorrect in that understanding? Please share your thoughts. Thank you.

The workaround doesn't seem to work, since Swiftkey devs seem to hate transparency and not give a crap about us, anyone has any ideas?

It happened to me in a Meizu M3 Note, with Android 5.0, but in a Xperia Z2 it doesn't happened.

The fix that worked for me is "Ticking the newsletter box" as said by Martin. https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/es-419/community/posts/360047664331/comments/360007765692

Thank you, Martin, and, please Microsoft and Swiftkey, fix this issue.
