Adding Search Toolbar to Sony Devices

i've waited too long to see the Bing search on my phone and i've just found that the SwiftKey Doesn't Support Sony Devices for in keyboard search!! so i installed the Gboard and the search works perfectly in gboard. what do you mean that Sony devices don't support search?!! it's more like that the developers don't know how to add it on Sony mobiles!
SwiftKey for Sony is pre-installed on Sony devices and it could be Sony who blocked this feature. SwiftKey offers search feature to all android devices.
I don't see the search option on my phone and here I found this:

I don't understand what this means! Sony devices do not support search? why gboard does?
