Clipboard font changed color

I woke up with my fonts on my clipboard all a deep blue and I use a black background so it's really hard to read (OK I'm 🧓). Thing is that I can't find a way to change that font color so I can't change it back to white! The text pastes into documents and emails just fine in normal colors. I ASSUME I had my hands on the phone while asleep and we all know the nightmare that can cause!
