    Hi, could you please try to clear the cache of the app and try performing a manual sync after deleting the word 'Ashtray'? To perform a manual sync, please follow the below instructions.

    Open Microsoft SwiftKey app> Tap "Account"> Tap 'backup & sync'> Tap 'Refresh' icon on the top right-hand side.

    To clear cache of the app:

    1. Go to your Device Settings
    2. Locate 'App Manager' or 'Apps'
    3. Scroll down to 'Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard' and select it from the list
    4. Choose 'Storage', then tap to "clear cache".
