 Tl;DR:

Is it possible to change the google account associated to SwiftKey Cloud?

Long version:

I have recently changed of Google Account, so I wanted to know if it is possible to migrate all my data, being it keyboard dictionary, my tap map, etcetera, move all that to my new google account. I actually had already deleted this email account and only then realised I lost all my data for SwiftKey, so I had to open a special request for Google to recover my account from their archive servers, however, I would really like not to have a separate google account just for SwiftKey.

Hi all,

Is there a way to prevent SwiftKey from learning a word, and not popping it up as a suggestion?  I don't want SwiftKey recording passwords which I type into Password Safe.  And I don't necessarily want it to remember every single URL I visit (ahem.)

On using the dictation feature, what is getting typed that is not known to the users and Voice Over remains silent. 

Wanted to configure Swift Key but couldn't proceed further, as my screen reader instructed me to enable the "globe icon" and I was not aware of what is a globe icon. 

Hello. It is 10.18.21 and ever since the last update, I have noticed a permanent bug when typing with SwiftKey in Spanish. Periodically for certain words it will add an extra letter to words and won't even let me go back and correct it, it adds the extra letter in again. I  have to switch to another keyboard, correct it, and then switch back to SwiftKey. Other than that, I have loved using it and use it for swiping as my default keyboard. Please correct that bug on the next update. Thank you. 

I'm using an Android phone and an Ipad.

On Android phone, Swiftkey supports Vietnam language very good. 

But on IOS or Ipad os it been 4 years Swiftkey hasnt add Vietnam language or syn for Vietnamese pls help us,

I just installed version 2.8.4 from App store on iOS 14.1 and couldn't find either marathi or hindi languages for download. I thought Swiftkey had support for Marathi or Devnagri scripts.

For the iOS version 2.8.2 of Swiftkey, it seems that the numeric keypad dot not respect the comma/dot regonal setting of the iOS device, and always shows the dot, even if the language/regional setting of the iOS device specifies a comma as decimal separator. I can long hold the dot to get the comma, but I would like the same option as on the native IOS, that the regional setting defines what the first option is.

I have swiftkey version 2.7.8 on iPhone (ios 13.5) and ipad (ipados 13.5).
On iPhone the layout features a multipurpose punctuation key to the right of the space bar, which I find very useful. On the ipad this position is given to a second key to switch to numeric keyboard, which I do not need. How can I get the multipurpose punctuation key on ipad?

Would someone please get in here and remove all the "magic-spell-potion-witchcraft-herbal" posts? They're making it impossible to use thebforum!!!

I've installed SwiftKey and given it full access on my iPad mini 5th generation. But flow won't work. 

I've checked every step of the installation instructions and even some things that aren't mentioned. I've compared the installation on the iPad with the installation on my iPhone, where flow does work. I've found no clues at all.

It's an iPad mini 5th generation running IOS 13.13.1 (current version).

Anyone got ideas?

I realy like SwiftKey.

It is one of the best.

But.

I am not always typing in english somewhere on the internet, i also write texts. In german.

And for german. SwiftKey right out sucks.

It is the worst thing i ever saw.

1) It has not german layout at all.

Why not?

Your popover selection window is ... horrible ... compared to real keys.

Let me show:

This is from the Apple keyboard.

But your's simply refuses to offer the proper keys!

Can you please finally fix this?

2) As a crude workaround, you offer some horribly popover menu

Now, this can only be a workaround, it is not usable for someone writing in german!

But anyway, this thing is wrongly configured for German!

If you hover over an "a" you get the pop-up, but the next key up is again the "a"!

The "ä" which you are searching for is far to the right, you need to search it in a long list.

The fix is easy: Just set the "ä" as the first character shown above your finger, when you long press!

Cannot understand why this is still not fixed.

But please don't forget: The popover is only a workaround. We still need a proper german layout as shown above!

I recently moved to Swiftkey from Swype because I just found out the devs have killed it off. Unfortunately the transition has been anything but smooth.

Random gibberish: if I'm in the middle of swiping a word and (god forbid) I happen to swipe the tiniest amount over the spacebar it will split whatever I'm swiping into two parts of random letters that aren't even English (or part of the intended word).

Prediction: is absolute garbage. I literally had to swipe over a word, slowly going over each individual letter before it even got close to my intended word

I swear this app used to better when I tried it years ago. What the hell happened? Am I doing something wrong or does it just now?

I am using an external keyboard and want to hide the Swiftkey keyboard, but show the word prediction bar.  Doesn’t sound like much, but on the bar you can see the ios text replacements you have entered.  While showing the keyboard, I can type a short combination of letters and/or numbers, which ios translates to a whole paragraph.  I use this quite often filling in templates and sending emails, but it is annoying to see this huge keyboard that takes up a large portion of the screen.

On my Android phone, I had the option to use spacebar to insert the autocorrected word, rather than tap the word. Now that I have switched to Iphone, that option doesn't appear to be available any more. Can someone help me out on this, as it greatly reduces typing speed.

iPhone 6S, 13.1.3, latest SwitfKey.

Running iMessage, if I lock phone (not power down, just sleep) and then unlock the phone (or receive a message) the keyboard will default to the emoji page of the Apple keyboard. It's been doing this since iOS 13 arrived. Very frustrating to have to switch back to Swiftkey so frequently.

A search for anyone else with this problem only turned up one question on Reddit with no replies.

Any ideas or fixes for this?

Ever since the newest update (2.5.7), my photo theme does not change.  I'll go into the app to change my photo theme, but when I go back to use the keyboard within a different app, it doesn't change.

Is it possible to remove this area, which I marked on my screen to get more screen space for my conversations? I disabled all other keyboards and microphone functions so all buttons disappeared from a bar and now it's just unused and wasted space on my screen :( Anyone?

Dear team, please add Kurdish sorani language keyboard to SwiftKey  keyboard in  IOS.

Having just upgraded to an iPad Pro 12.9 I was expecting far more screen space, but the SwiftKey keyboard in landscape, with number row activated,  is deeper than the ios native keyboard, taking up more than half the depth of the screen (it's OK in portrait).  Is this what other people experience, and if so would you please back up my feature request to ask for for an option for a slimmer keyboard?

For the past 2 months the display of the keyboard- in fact ANY keyboard - has been problematic. Most of the time it displays OK then without a reason it disappears and is very difficult to recover. Even rebooting both my iPad and iPhone XS Max often fail to recover any keyboard. And at present I cannot recover any keyboard on the iPad.

I don't know if this is caused by an iOS update or by SwiftKey and Apple wouldn't help me as I have a 3rd party keyboard installed. Heeeeelp!

On what basis did you remove the letter from our alphabet? The letter "ё". This letter can not be removed, as removing it you violate the entire Russian language!!! You can even women's rights around the world are breaking! As referring to feminine nouns say it! Separately, in Russian the word is "ЕЁ"!!! Have no strength to endure this mockery from the lack of letters, because you so decided, and on what grounds and who gave you the right to do this, I'm sick of your monopoly! If you do not solve this issue, it will have very disastrous consequences for you!

When trying to add a contract to create a call conference the keyboard opens but it's not handling any input thus I cannot choose a contact to add.

The keys on my iPhone 7 are a little to small compared against the original keyboard. And it makes me do a lot of more mistakes.
