When using Force Touch to move the cursor around you can only move it within the current line. If you want to move it to another line you have to touch that line first with your finger then you can use Force touch to move around in that line.

Is there a way to access info. I️ saved in the Swiftkey Notes App on my iPhone (that no longer works)? Why are only someof my notes in Evernote? I’d really appreciate some help with this because I️ saved a lot of important info. In the app. Thanks!

I recently changed phones from an iPhone 7+ to a iPhone X 

I have been using Swiftkey for many years throughout different phones (each year iphone upgrade)

This year I ran across an issue where the words I normally predict is not on my iPhone X anymore.

If you look at the pictures on the iPhone 7, you can tell that the words that are usually predicted is not on the iPhone X 

I have even tried to connect the accounts and its still not there.

When I used to do iCloud Backup from old phone to new phone, I dont even have to sign in and get all the same text predictions!

So when I type I like to make up my own words such as "soo" and it won't let me type words like that soo I guess my question is how do I use a letter two times in a row

How do I access grayed out numbers and symbols on keyboard without resorting to using the number/symbol key first?

Hi! Very excited about the new custom photo theme! Although I'm a little confused. 

The key pop-up color doesn't change anything; what is it meant to do?

Also, the background brightness adjusts with light bubbles behind the letters until you slide the button to about the 80% mark on the right side and then the bubbles suddenly turn dark. Seems like a bug.

I would like the option to not have any background bubbles at all, like the high contrast theme.

I'm using iOS 11.1 with an iPhone 8 if that helps.

Since the newest Update I can't use the SwiftKey keyboard on YouTube it's bugging. My device is iPhone 8 plus

Hi there since the newest update on my iPhone 8 plus your keyboard isn't working on YouTube anymore. Everytime it will open me the normal keyboard and if I choose SwiftKey it doesn't appears and is bugging

Hey,

I am used to keyboards that use some sort of swipe-move to navigate and select text, I would never go back to selecting text inside the text again the old way.

I find swiftkey suuuper nice, but I am disapointed that there is no smart way of selecting or navigating?

Such as: swipe along the spacebar (like Tempest keyboard) or starting on a certain key and then swiping, or even swiping in the suggestion boxes.

I also cant get arrows to work, even though some posts suggests this would be possible. Again, not backspace, arrows to navigate inside the text.

I am on an iphone 6, so I don't have access to keyboard touch pad, does that work on newer phones for swiftkey?

 it's worked fine for over a year before this.

i click on the words in the left box...it does not help

i did notice it wants to sync to my email and facebook, which i don't type the way i text...but i didn't seem to have a choice in that matter.

any suggestions?

I have been a long time user of SwiftKey on Android and I was very happy with it, now I switched for iOS and I would like to keep my habits as SwiftKey. Unfortunately on iOS is slow when starting up and sometimes the predictions do not appears at all. I decided to give up and use the iOS keyboard instead

I have an iPad Pro running iOS v11.0.3. The installation fails when I try to run the app. I’m able to download it from the App Store. Swiftkey shows up in the Keyboards section of iOS’s Settings, and I can turn it on and allow full access. However, when I launch the Swiftkey app, I get a momentary splash screen with the logo and then the screen goes completely white and stops. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Swiftkey app a few times, and I’ve “rebooted” my iPad in between. Still can’t get it to work. (NOTE: I’m able to install it on my iPhone 7 Plus without any problems.)

Has anybody incountered this problem, and is there a workaround? Any help is much appreciated.

UPDATE: I was able to fix the problem by detaching Apple’s physical foldable keyboard/cover (whatever they call it), and that seemed to do the trick. Apparently, Swiftkey doesn’t like when it’s attached during installation. Appears not to be a problem attaching and using it after installation completes.

Is there any way that I can change size of SwiftKey keyboard on IOS 11 or even makes space between keys bigger ?

Please add option to show a number row above the letters. Please add options for an easily accessible comma and question mark, such as long press on a letter or assigning those punctuation marks to the buttons to the left and right of the space bar. Thank you.

I use two languages on my keyboard, and English is used much more frequently. It would be very handy if I could turn flow off for my second language as my keyboard often assumes I'm using flow for this language after using shorthand/single letter words like "u", "a" or "I". Since it's a second language, I'm mostly comfortable with using the keyboard without flow anyway. I would assume others may also have this issue?

The back button in the top left disappears when I go into Keyboard or Settings. Version is updated to 2.1.1. iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.1 - most optimized version for iPh6

When I send an emoticon and directly after that I start typing a new text message, the first letter is ignored in capitalizing / predicting.

For instance:

me: <emoticon>

Typing: HEllo world, 

Predictions: Ello - Ell... - E...

ios version: 11.0

swiftkey version: 2.1.1

Perhaps this is a coincidence, but it appears that topics in private messages I am sending are appearing in advertisements shown to me in other apps.

Does SwiftKey sell content we type using their keyboard to advertisers?

For example, I typed an iMessage about an Omega watch and later that same week I started seeing lots of ads for Omega watches in the Wall Street Journal iPhone app.  I have not searched for Omega watches in any search engine, just typed about them in a private iMessage.

When I click on the SwiftKey Privacy Policy it goes to a generic Microsoft page that says Microsoft does sell data to advertisers.  Please let me know how my private data is being used.  Does this Microsoft policy of selling user data to advertisers include my SwiftKey account data?  Is everything that I am typing being compiled and sold to advertisers so that they can show me relevant ads when I read the Wall Street Journal?

Whenever I text message the cursor bar doesn't show, but it does row in every other application, such as email or Facebook etc, except text messaging.

Hi! There is this option to turn off longpress Accented characters on android. But I can't find this option on iPhone. When I longpress I get offered 1 million options on iPhone , but In the language I've selected we have only one option. It's easy fix on android.. How can I get rid off all the unnecessary accents on iPhone?

This has been an often demanded feature request for over 1.5 years now already on the former forum. Please, SwiftKey, keep up with your competitors and implement this feature asap now!

I installed swift keyboard in my iPhone
Selected English language (us) as default language.I want to use Malayalam language in additionally. There is no Malayalam language in the list of languages in the SwiftKey.
Please help me to install the Malayalam language in the SwiftKey board
