Hello Swiftkey:

A feature that I really miss from other keyboards (such as Gboard) is the ability to search emojis. I really love this feature and I think its better than emoji prediction. Please add this is a close future update!

Yes, the lack of this feature would be enough to make me switch keyboards, but I really like Swiftkey.

Is there a way to disable the multi language prediction? I have german and english installed and it's totally annoying that the word prediction uses both languages at the same time. This causes many false predicted words.

I only want to have predictions in the current active language. Since it is so easy to switch between the languages by swiping the space bar I don't need any pseudo intelligent language detection.

recently having trouble with pop up punctuation slider. Went from android 6.0 to 7.0 (complete flash), and since then slider does not work as it should. It pops up, but symbols do not work.

I can see them, make the selection, however any of them will not be added to the text.
With each restart of the app (shutting down the process), first symbol typed this way will go through OK. After that, nothing.
From the big symbol window everything works ok. Tried Beta, same problem.

tried reinstalling many times, rebooting, no result.
I don't want to flash android again just for the keyboard just yet...

I like your keyboard its very nice, but unfortunately the kurdish/sorani keyboard has a problem, one of the kurdish alphabet isn't there, this ‌‌‌‌one is (ڕ). I hope that u fix this problem,Thanks

I use SwiftKey (the paid version) with English and my native language, Malayalam. My language settings are as in the screenshot below.

My phone is primarily for work use, so most of my keypad usage is to type out professional emails, Slack messages, Asana updates etc. and the only acceptable language for such communications is English. I use Malayalam occasionally on certain WhatsApp groups; where I know all members are capable of reading and understanding the language. In earlier versions of SwiftKey switching between these was quick and easy via the spacebar, and the product worked very well for my requirements.

But of late, I see that SwiftKey is predicting words in Malayalam when I'm typing in English and worse still, these words are offered as the middle prediction:

This is incredibly annoying; and I have searched all over the place - but it seems like there is no way to disable this behaviour. At the moment I have removed Malayalam from SwiftKey completely because this "feature" is interfering in my work. My questions:

1. Is it true that I cannot disable this feature?

2. Is there a way I can downgrade to a version of SwiftKey that did not have this feature?

3. Is there any plans for adding a configuration option to disable this feature? If yes when will that come out?

Every time SwiftKey beta updates, all of my settings are erased and it goes back to the default. Themes, keyboard style, vibration, statistics, etc. This is getting annoying. It then takes me 15-20 minutes to reset. Next time I'll try the normal version. If it happens after that, I'm deleting SwiftKey from my phone!

I've experience Problem Using Your Best Keyboard.

When I've having Sometimes Suggested Completions - Then,When I've Want to Using/Apply them,Then I've no Respond,Only When I Press them 3-5 times,in Order to Use Them.

How can I fix That Problem of Mine?

Since (unknown update, now for several months, and devs ignoring this again and again), the gesture mode swipe down to hide does not work in 99% of the tries. The keyboard tries to do anything, but hiding, types the first key the finger touches the moment it hits the display, without even starting a gesture recognition, or does whatever.

Please fix this, it's really annoying, because the damn keyboard has no close/hide button. There are thousand of forms which does not trigger a close button, for example when you want to write a rating on the Play Store, and the damn SwiftKey is in the foreground, over the input test field.

Asked a friend to try, and for him it's broken too.

Using Chrome Beta. Latest Play Store version of SK.

When trying to type a comment on Facebook, desktop site (www.facebook.com), using Chrome on Android, hitting the space key deletes the typed word, recenters the window and the keyboard disappears. 
This issue does not happen when using the mobile version (m.facebook.com)

Font size and keyboard reduced to smaller than selected. Today fonts went to huge on their on when responding.

When I'm typing SwiftKey is adding a period after every word I type and when I type I'm it autocorrects to I. I am constantly having to. Proofread, and as you can see above it did. I. T again.

I have a couple apps that I use and the predictions bar hides, like it does when typing in a password. Bitmoji and Goodreads... When I search in either of them, the predictions disappear. Can I fix this on my end or is it a SwiftKey issue?

I turned off autocorrect in English, but sometimes when I typed a word wrong and then delete part of it to correct it, then type another word, it autocorrects me into 2 words that it thinks the words should be .

Hi i am using redmi note 3; from last two days in my swift key board it showing "unable to load lanaguage" on the top of the key. When i am click their it opens setting of language where i already updated my selected language, but still facing same issue.
So can any one please help me to solve it.

Ever since I updated to android 7.1.2 on my Pixel, the SwiftKey's shift key doesn't work during startup. When I turn on my Pixel and type in my unlock password the shift key will not work.

If I keep swiping in a word and then deleting the suggested word, please don't keep putting in the exact same word every time; obviously I'm trying to type in a different word from that one being suggested or else I wouldn't have deleted it the last three times! Suggest the nearest alternative. Thanks!

After the last update the auto spacing after predicting a word has gone. It has just destroyed all the productivity that SwiftKey had been giving to me.

No, this is not a feature for Android beta version. After the last update, this becomes a bug for me and many others that are complaining about it.

I've noticed that my keyboard no longer inserts a space after the word I type using the flow method. It's quite frankly obnoxious since I use a combination of flow and prediction bar; every time I want to place punctuation, I have to type the character, see that there's now a space between the character and the word, then backspace both and retype the character. In addition, the prediction bar is now useless since it no longer predicts, only shows me the word I just typed. I have been through the meager settings to try and fix this, but to no avail.

Hi. SwiftKey was updated today and the way typing and prediction works has changed! Before, I'd swipe a word and it would insert the word and the prediction bar would show suggestions for THE NEXT word. Now, I swipe a word and it gives suggestions for the current word. I much preferred the old way. Any way to go back to the old method??

I am happy with the new clipboard feature it was necessary but right know I am using I have 10 clipboard list saved but one of them is hidden I mean I can't edit or delete due is saved but is disappear in the menu I imagine that it is the last one and for a trouble of the app is not appearing in the list. However when I typed the shortcut the clipboard appears in my writing some idea?

I had a Samsung Centura with Stright Talk and less than a week a go I cancelled service and bout a Galaxy S$ with Verizon and ported over the same number.

Is there a way SwiftKey's predeictive text history from the old phone can be transferred to the new one so i don't have to train this one all over again?

Not sure if this is a SwiftKey problem or a Messages problem or a Google problem but here it goes.......

I just got this Galaxy S20. On my previous phone (Galaxy S9), when I hit the little "microphone" button on my SwiftKey keyboard to do voice to text when using the Messages App for texting, I would simply start talking and the words I was creating by voice would populate the text field in Messages. I could easily see the words as I spoke. After I was done taking, I'd just hit the send button and I was good to go.

With this S20, when I hit the little microphone button on SwiftKey, a window pops up. It is super annoying for a few reasons. One, that stupid grey box that says "Your audio Will be sent....." blocks the first several words that I am speaking, so I can't see that the text to words is translating correctly. Second, if I stop talking for around a second, the voice to text assumes I'm done speaking and closes, preventing me from adding more words if I hesitate to complete a thought. Third and worst of all, after I'm done talking the words I just spoke don't transfer to the text field in Messages. If I tap the empty text field in messages, SOMETIMES the words I just spoke suddenly appear in the text field- maybe 50% of the time. Supper annoying as half the time I have to repeat the whole voice-to-text process or revert to typing.

On my S9, when I hit the microphone button, I got a different pop-up that didn't block my words as they were spoken, and my words simply transferred directly to the text field in Messages, where I could clearly see them and simply hit "send" when done speaking.

When I use Facebook Messenger and do voice-to-text, I still get the pop up box with the annoying grey "Your audio will be sent......" blocking my words, but when I'm done speaking, at least my words transfer into the empty text box automatically and edit/send as required.

Anyone else having this problem?  I'd post the pictures of the pop up windows but I don't see a way to do that with this forum.

I am getting frequent (multiple times per day) where I am typing on swiftkey and I see the prediction forming, but no output in the actual text field I was typing in. Switching to any other keyboard and changing back (without typing anything in the other keyboard) restores functionality, but it's pretty annoying and it's getting more frequent.

The option "Use the Android default vibration" stopped working out of nowhere on my Samsung Galaxy S8.
If I set a custom vibration through the slider it works but if I select ''use default android vibration'' it doesn't vibrate when I press a key.

When using Swiftkey with gesture typing on Nine Email client words come out as double:

Need a way to be able to move the cursor  via the keyboard. Like Apple. Samsung. Google. And every other keyboard from the 21st Century.

Up until recently I've had a text preview above the top row of the keyboard showing what I've typed with an OK button next to it(when OK was clicked, the text preview disappears). This went missing a couple of days ago when trying to search to send a gif. And now can't get it back. Anyone know how I can restore this?
