If have the same problem. I use an android phone. I have removed and reinstalled the keyboard but it still does not work.

Download Swiftkey Beta .. At the moment it really does the trick

My husband uses a Samsung S6 Edge .. He continues to use the Stickers without problem. I use a Samsung S10 and I have the same problem as you.
