[Feature Request] Add Microsoft Vietnamese keyboard to SwiftKey

Hello,

Microsoft keyboard on windows machines is a very different app from SwiftKey.

In short, they're two apps made by two companies for two different OS. I'm afraid the decision won't be just SwiftKey's.

Oh no! I do not want it! SwiftKey mobile has pushed Vietnamese to the advancements to something modernly comprehensible! The ability to add the accent mark at the end of the word is an organic sequence if writing by hand.

It needs to be the other way around. For tablet mode for Windows 10 to add Swiftkey and Google Chromebook Pixelbook to adopt the keyboard app as well.

It's Microsoft that needs to add VIQR to their keyboard sublist.
