    Sorry to hear that this is happening to you, Kongbak.

    • Please try going into your device settings and clearing the cache and/or data for SwiftKey.
    • As painful as it sounds, you can also "Delete your remote data" in the SwiftKey app. This will delete the back-up data SwiftKey has for you, however.

    Let us know if either of these things doesn't work for you so we can investigate further.
