Can't easily capitalize a word after writing
RéponduThere seems to be a bug with the Shift key after SWIPING a word. If I swipe a word, the cursor sits at the end of the word. Usually when the cursor is at the end of the word you can press the SHIFT key and the prediction menu will give you an option to change the word to the capitalized version.
However, if you press the SHIFT key after swiping, instead SwiftKey inserts a space. The SHIFT key is a modifying key and should never add a space. You currently have to push the BACK key, then the SHIFT, then you can select the capitalized Breton of the word
Please fix this.
It depends on which way we think.
If we're in the same way as PC keyboard, which needs to press caps lock or shift before press any letter keys, then SwiftKey is in this way. But if we need shift key works after a word, it will intend to work for the next word.
But in any case you can read this post and following the instructions to submit the request.
Why would we think of it the same way as a PC keyboard? The whole point is to be as intuitive and efficient as possible using a mobile device and touchscreen.
Also for anyone else looking, I found that it's possible via the way the OP tried now. When you highlight a word and press shift, it appears in the suggestion menu! I was looking for it to change the word immediately. This works, though!
