I was to early with my happiness. Seams, that all of my words and phrases are lost :( And sad too is, that after switching back to outlook, all words there are lost too. I only disconnected outlook on the phone, I didn't delete the account!
And where is the language switching possibility?
I have 3 Languages but no possibility to choose.
    Iam soooo sad :(

Hm, where in Android is the local database for the dictionary on the phone? Is it possible to copy it to another phone? On my 2nd Phone, which is still connected to Google, all of my words and phrases are working fine. But not on my new main phone

I went to the swiftkey data link on my phone and found I was logged in but the app doesn't show the 7 years worth of keyboard strikes that should be there...Something is DEFINITELY wrong on Swiftkey's end..Would be nice if someone in support replied to messages too.

Guys please help. Following the web page login trick to login to see my data in the app. However, despite successful login and sync showing as successful in the app, my dictionary doesn't seem to be back. I even reinstalled the app and started fresh.

For the ones claiming it their issue is fixed, can you explain how you got your dictionary back after the successful login to data.swiftkey.com?

    Thank you!

Hello, that workaround actually works! I got at least partly my predictions shifted to a new phone. Just have patience to try the older versions further back. Mine started working in 7.1.8.

Thank you for your help, Harri. Small chance some of my predictions came back... But I can't confirm for sure... Hope since SwiftKey is not helping us, us community members can figure something out... Thank you!

    Here https://data.swiftkey.com you can Login.

Left top corner klick and then klick "view data". There you can see your safed Words.

You can export as a Zip File.

But how can i restore this words in swiftkey or other App. Anyone a idea????

I don't think that feature to import, exists Dirk. Although, it's highly peculiar why they even allow you to export when you can't do anything with it...

Maybe if it's an Authorization change from Google's side that's broken this... Then perhaps a feature to import by SwiftKey will save us. I'll wait a few more days, then if no fix, I'll cut my loses and move on to Google Keyboard or something else where I can build and keep my dictionary again...

It's a shame cause I've used SK for move half a decade or so now...

Absolutely exact issue as described by everyone else.

Got a new phone, installed swiftkey, and even though I succesufly login etc I dont' see any of my predictos over the past 3-4 years.

Tried the webpage login trick but that did nothing... using swiftkey in my new phone is like starting from scratch

It should sure be an easy fix... the webpage still shows 100% of my dictionary

How can we get this to get the visibility it deserves? Basically swiftkey is useless for anyone moving/switching phones right now

I deleted from the SwiftKey app and all my learned words was gone. Fortunately I have most of my messages I personalized SwiftKey again from device messages then put the same Google account and then synced, now sync is working

That's the vaguest solution I've seen in this thread.

Everyone, Please don't delete your data just to try something, it ain't gonna come back.

    Yes that's a terrible idea
So it seems we are stuck with this and will have to say goodbye to SwiftKey?
I can't believe no one is reacting

Agreed, don't delete or swap accounts if you want to preserve your data. In the interim I would suggest reporting the issue to Google, instructions in this issue thread: https://support.google.com/wearos/thread/1238358?msgid=9654528

    I've the same problem.

-If I login with google (existing swiftkey account) it opens to google chrome to authorize the app, I go ahead and it goes back to login scree..

-If I login with microsoft (would be a new swiftkey account) it goes through 2 step authorization, and it close going back to login.
