Issue logging in on new phone
Hi team, I've checked out the other forum posts, and none of them have helped me solve my issue. I also reached out a couple times via the contact-us link you've got but to no avail.
When trying to log in on my new phone, it looks like the login is successful but I receive a "SwiftKey Account authentication failure!" error and am not able to access any of my old data/themes.
This is a real shame as I have truly enjoyed this product for years and now I can't log in at all or even create a new account so I can download themes.
Any further advice here would be greatly appreciated!

I already have a gmail account (vs googlemail) and I tried flagging the newsletter option. Neither of these are solutions to my problem.
