Sync back personal backupped dictionary

I have had a swift account for years, to backup all words that I have added using Swift key. Now I have reinstalled Swift Key after a phone reset and nothing is synced back. How is that possible? When I check my account online, I cannot see any words I have added/my backupped dictionary. Where could I find/see this? The only option Microsoft offers me is to delete my personal dictionary. I created my account before Microsoft bought swift key. But I cannot login to swift key with my original account. I either have to use a Microsoft account or sign in by gmail. How can I get access to my original account and get back all those words I have added in these years?
