    Hello, sorry for the trouble. Could you recall whether your problems started after changing something on your device? If so, what was it? could you please let us know if the issue is happening on any one app or specific apps or everywhere? If it is happening on only one app. Please help us with the app name and version number.
    Could you please help us with your Device's OS version and SwiftKey app version? Thank you!

    Hey Hari, my device is a Huawei P30 Lite, and my SwiftKey + OS are fully updated, whatever those versions are. Does knowing this information help you solve my problem at all? I can find more info about my device if you need it. Thanks in advance
