SwiftKey ver 2.4.8 no longer offers Gmail as a sync option. I am signed in with my Google account. Here are images of Gmail missing in the list:
When trying to attach a pic to a message to SwiftKey, the composition routine crashes. Here is a video screen capture of this happening:

Predictive text0 votes 0 commentaires
Hello - great app. I've been using it on iPhone for years, only I've noticed very little improvement in terms of predictability in that time. My main complaint is its inability to predict text in context of the rest of the sentence or paragraph. Here are two words which the app frequently mistypes due to proximity of letters:
The text I just sent to my daycare provider is as follows and it got the above words confused. If the app were to be developed further, it should be able to detect wrong use of word in context of their respective sentences. Here is what I wrote:
Hi, how are you? Just a quick heads up, the girls list their TV privileges this week because they got in trouble :) Is it OK to please all them to do other activities today and tomorrow? Thanks and see you at 5!
Clearly "list" and "all" are wrong in the context of the above sentences. It would be great if the app could detect that and change the words proactively.
Swiftkey red underline is gone!0 votes 0 commentaires
I am using Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android 7.0, and here is the thing:
When I use Swiftkey, the red underline is missing.
When I switch back to Samsung keyboard, the red underline is working again!
So, what is the problem? I remember tech news that red underline is a spell checker feature included in the free netflix core Android OS to mark the misspelled words, and previously it was working with Swiftkey.
Can anyone assist me, or if you are a Swiftkey user on Android please tell me if you got the red underline or not?
Edit: spell checker option is not in the setting anymore! It has been moved to Samsung keyboard, is that a bug?
i.e. I can't do this:
Settings > system > language and input > advanced > spell checker > language > set English instead of system default.
Glitched and reviews0 votes 0 commentaires
Glitches with predictive text and doesn't replace my words with emojis automatically. I type happy, sad; dog; house, mad, and it doesn't automatically replace those with empjis. Please fix it. You guys are the best.

SwiftKey inserting text inside emoji when using cursor (might cause crashes)1 vote 0 commentaires
SwiftKey inserts text into emoji when using cursor (3d touch on spacebar).
1. Open message in iMessage -> Insert 🎉🎉🎉
2. Move cursor by 3d touch betwen second and third emoji -> insert D letter there (like this "🎉🎉D🎉" )
3. Text is inserted improperly inside emoji, on sending - app crashes
This issue occurs everytime for SwiftKey with above reproduction route, doesn't occur for native Apple keyboard.
What do we have to do to get Japanese on iOS?0 votes 0 commentaires
I've been using Swiftkey for years on Android and just recently had to get an iPhone for work and found extremely puzzling the fact that after all these years iOS still does not have Japanese support.
Is there a reason for this? Like a system/OS/Software related reason? Or is it because you don't feel it is needed or important enough?
Could you please just let us know whether it is being worked on or if we should just give up on it?
If it's a money thing could you put a price on it? I'm sure lots of users would be willing to pay for Japanese support on iOS if there were reasons causing it to be more difficult to implement than on Android. I know I would pay to even beta test it. Stuff like this greatly impacts productivity and is more than worth the money in my opinion.
Keyboard is lagging a lot0 votes 0 commentaires
The keyboard is taking longer to open and not immediately typing when I tap or flow. It takes a few seconds and sometimes I have to close the keyboard and reopen it. It's almost like it's freezing up. It's happening frequently lately. The happens in iMessage, browsers , forms and notes.

One-handed keyboard?2 votes 0 commentaires
Does Swiftkey support one handed keyboard?
If not, why havent Swiftkey added any support for one-handed keyboard? The standard mode is pretty useless on big screen phones such as the iPhone XS max / iPhone Plus modells. Swiping in such width with fullscreen keyboard is pretty annoying, and forces me to use both my hands when texting.
Choosing real words over literals0 votes 0 commentaires
A literal is a nonword that you inadvertently spell instead of a real word. Spell checkers should favour best- guess real words over literals. SwiftKey favours literals over real word best guesses by leaving literals in the centre panel. This is a big problem with swiftkey and makes it very inefficient (you have to monitor the 3 panels too much.). This needs to change...but I'm still waiting...years. When can this be addressed?

Hi,Vietnamese on phone works best with SwiftKey!!!
I'm so in love with typing Vietnamese with Android SwiftKey. How come SwiftKey do Vietnamese so good typing is much better than even on Vietnamese stock keyboard! But I'm using an iPad now and typing Vietnamese is a pain without SwiftKey!
Could you pretty please add Vietnamese language on the iOS ecosystem???
I would not want to type Vietnamese on any other keyboard anymore!
Please make it possible! We Vietnamese need that, desperately!!!

Swiftkey acting strangely1 vote 0 commentaires
I'm using Swiftkey for IOS12.1 on iPhone 8+ and the keyboard started acting strange from like 2 weeks ago: space after word not working and the words end up "glued" together. Even pressing space bar seems to take a while to introduce the space.
Also, the keyboard have a "heavy" feeling to use with lag and unpredictable behaviour (such us inserting other words than intended). Is there any bug or it's my phone? I tried soft reset, works for a while but came back. One short term fix is to change keyboards, works fine for a while but gets back to the erratic behaviour after couple of minutes.
iOS stock theme for swiftkey2 votes 0 commentaires
Just wondering if there's a way to get the iOS stock keyboard theme while using SwiftKey? I've tried playing around with 'design your own theme' but it seems like you can't achieve what I'm looking for since you can't customize the buttons and the background enough.

Conflict with BluTooth keyboard0 votes 0 commentaires
I have a Bluetooth keyboard that I use with my IPad Pro.
I use Swfitkey as I type in both English and Italian.
But Swiftkey is only allowing me to type in Italian on the external keyboard, i.e. the keys are being configured like an Italian keyboard instead of like English UK (or even US, I know both!)
How do I tell the external keyboard which language to type in when?!?!
Right now I’ve uninstalled SwiftKey as I type a lot more in English these days and I don’t know the Italian keyboard all that well!!

Yiddish keyboard is missing several common characters0 votes 0 commentaires
SwiftKey's Yiddish keyboard lacks the following letters, digraphs and punctuation marks:
- pey with a dagesh (U+05E4 + U+05BC) פּ
- tof with a dagesh (U+05EA + U+05BC) תּ
- khirek yud (U+05D9 + U+05B4) יִ
- tsvey vovn digraph (U+05F0) װ
- tsvey yudn digraph (U+05F2) ײ
- vov yud digraph (U+05F1) ױ
- makef as a hyphen (U+05BE) ־
Yes, I know Yiddish orthography is a matter of debate, but that's not why I'm here. I just think it would just be useful to have access to a complete set of Yiddish characters. Right now I have to alternate between SwiftKey's Yiddish keyboard and Google's lacklustre Hebrew keyboard to type in Standard Yiddish.
