I'm using latest version of SwiftKey and Android on Samsung Galaxy S10.

If I use SwiftKey using external physical keyboard such as Logitech K850,

I know that Ctrl + Shift changes the language between English and another language such as Spanish.

If I want to switch to another keyboard app such as Samsung keyboard or Google GBoard using only physical keyboard, what should I do?

(I know touching the 'dots' on the lower-right corner does that, but I wonder if I can do this using only physical keyboard)

I think is a interesting idea, to put 1 or 2 configurable keys in bottom (like emoji key), doing little the space key. For example, I would config with ? and !

There is a very popular Russian entertainment service that resembles Reddit. The service is called Pikabu, with the app of the same name in the Play Market. When entering text in comments, there is a bug when entering text in Russian: in a new paragraph (after pressing Enter) the second word is always obtained with the first letter of the word doubled ("Иван Иванов" will replace "Иван Ииванов"). The bug is very old.

I wanted to know what is the regular process for adding a new language? My language is Azerbaijani Turkish which is written in Arabic script and has millions of speakers. While I see very few speaking languages in SwiftKey, I wonder why isn't there yet my language? We have to use Persian keyboard which is not suitable and is totally difficult to deal with.

If I swipe, for example, "ok", swiftkey changes it to "OK". 

I then hold down on "OK" and click "remove prediction".

Then I swipe "ok" and it doesn't come up - so I type it, and click it, ie. teaching it to swiftkey again.

But then the next time I swipe it, it comes up as "OK" again.

I'm teaching it "ok", but it keeps reverting back to "OK", which has been removed.

Is there any way to stop this? Router-Help

Otherwise a fix should really be included in an update.

Hi, is there a way to add a barcode scanner to the tools menu?

Hi, my problem is, that when you long press, the alternate keys that appear are not relevant to my language(s), and the relevant ones are far away.

In my configuration for example, pt-br and eng-us, when I long press a,  the first 4 chars are not used in my languages. Then my proposal is to only show chars that are relative to the languages that the user is using. And the second suggestion, is to bring the most used characters CLOSER to the key pressed, so we slide less.

Other example, the char e, the most used alternate char is é, but is the last in the list.

I have my Theme set to Forest. It works in all apps except Bitwarden. For some reason Bitwarden uses the Dark theme. When I go to Settings >Themes, it shows Forest but it isn't, the shift, return, backspace keys aren't green. I need the Forest theme because I can't read the secondary symbols on the keys because they are in a lighter color. The Forest theme has them in white.

I am using Microsoft SwiftKey version 7.6.0.9 on a Samsung Galaxy S10e running Android 10. I have the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e tablet running Android 10.

I read through the answers in the forum. I have tried clearing cache, clearing data, rebooting. Nothing works. I read one comment about incognito mode. Is something different because this is a password program?
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Also when I cleared the data, I lost my settings. I thought these were saved and restored when I logged in. Any ideas on why they weren't?

My keyboard has started to show up blank, see screenshot below. If I rotate to landscape mode it seems to work though. Any ideas on what to do?
