Emoji (received as question marks)
My husband and I have Galaxy 5 phones. I just downloaded the swiftkey keyboard onto our phones but when I try to send him a text message with an emoji it just shows 2 question marks. Any ideas?

After doing a little bit of research, I've found a video that might help in this situation. Please let me know if this works for you.

First two questions from myself to help:
1) Which carrier do you and your husband use?
2) Which messaging app do you use to text one another?
We have AT&T. We are just using the messaging app that was included in the phone.
It worked! I remember doing something similar for my Galaxy 3. I was looking for the function in the Swiftkey application not the phone itself. There was only one difference between the video and what I needed to do. I had to select text messages then input mode. Thanks!
Glad it served to be useful for you! Thanks for informing us! 😂
