Facebook synchronization is failing

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with facebook synchronization (see screenshot) https://ibb.co/mzDMva 
I have done several times the steps in this guide:

but it still does not work.
I noticed that SwiftKey does not appear in apps authorized by facebook (see screenshot n.2) https://ibb.co/fAX38v 

and in fact I have never asked to be authorized. why?

    Are all of your apps up to date via the App Store? Have you tried a fresh install of SwiftKey?

    I cannot duplicate this issue. Facebook and my email take much longer than iMessage or SMS backup does so I make sure I'm on wifi for best results.

    Hello!

    I tried everything!!! =( 
    I deleted my account too, I refresh my device, i created a new account 3 times but nothing to do...this is a issue that i have only with facebook (twitter and contacs work good).
    I don't know why but i can not find swiftkey in my privacy setting as you write on your guide:
    If you are unable to personalize from Facebook, go to System Settings > Privacy > Facebook > Enable for SwiftKey. You should also double check that your password is correct for Facebook (System Settings > Facebook > tap your name > check password) 
    And i don'know  why but if i go in swiftkey app > account > i can not read my name on the top, first voice near account (see screenshot) https://ibb.co/i79Lov 
    what can i do?

    We had a known issue that I just found out about today. Can you try again now and see if it works.

    The facebook sync now works good!
    but i have the same old little problem...
