Currently, these are not supported features in SwiftKey. We're always looking for ways to better our app, so please do submit this suggestion through the Feature Request Portal. 😊
As for why these aren't implemented, I couldn't tell ya. Perhaps we just haven't gotten to them yet. 😉
I beg for this feature ! Since you have somehow made SwiftKey compatible with Word for Android (or Microsoft made Word compatible with you, I startedstarted using SwiftKey again with complex and important documents. Problem :no undo function makes it terrifying and time wasting.
With an external keyboard keyboard, you can use Ctrl-Z and most apps implement undo in response. Why not implement Ctrl-Z in SwiftKey? You can add it to the pop up menu or even add it to the Z key
Please implement this feature. Wasted lot o time because of lack of this feature.
2 years since first time this question and still nothing. With Inputting + Undo Redo you can do it. Why not SwiftKey?? I paid for this App not cheap and I think this function is very important.
Yes, I have no idea why it isn't there, I had to download inputting+ for undo redo. it's 2018 SwiftKey!! You can do it, the redo function!!

Just deleted a couple paragraphs by mistake - does SwiftKey have an undo function?
If not, please implement the undo & redo functions asap.
Thx
This would be so powerful please add! Especially as its not an android feature
The lack of undo/redo-functionality is something I struggle to wrap my head around.
It's a crucial and ubiquitous feature in just about any software that involves editing, regardless of what is being edited (text, spreadsheet, pdf-document, image, sound...).
Implement, please.
Bumpity Bump! Please add!!!!! I just spent 10 minutes searching for this feature because my phone deleted a single sentence. It would have taken 30 seconds to fix it this time but over my life, I could have saved maybe 10 minutes. ;) Whoops. :)
Please add this feature.
The lack of this feature is absolutely absurd. Apple has had this function for years, using a simple flick of the wrist to under an accidental deletion of text. While I am sure that copyrights prevent you from using the flick of the wrist as the means of undoing such an action, the basic "undo" function is not copyrighted. There is no justification for not implementing this function, especially given that this is a common complaint for YEARS across a multitude of inquiry-related platforms. It is an OBVIOUS feature that should be included and I am quite certain that I am not the only one who is disappointed to realize that I need to start looking for an alternative to Swiftkey after experiencing this issue.

BUMP!!! Please add this simple feature we all need!
The lack of this feature makes me think that those who created this wonderful tool, actually doesn't use it. They just fulfilled the feature's list someone made for the "requirement".
Let's hope the product owner can sort their backlog out and put this as the highest priority change.

Bump. Still a problem/not a feature
Is this still not an item? There is no solution for deletion by accident? I just lost a massive amount of data. I am stupid. Still, this not being fixed is ridiculous. Honestly, since Microsoft Office app, the support has gone straight downhill. That is something you would think it would happen, but it still aggravates the hell out of me. There have been other issues lately as well they're not been resolved, and I found other apps that do what this one does. This used to be my favorite oh, I am literally minutes away from deleting it forever
