    Hi,
I took a closer look at the fact you described and I think more details are needed.
For account sync problem, I hope you can give more examples, a screenshot, a video recording clip, to show how the problem occurs. You can use the screenshot and video clip to show the keyboard height with screen rotation as well.
As for the pink line. Is it a underline thing? If not, please show us a screenshot too.
At last, if you can reply following questions that would be more helpful : https://support.swiftkey.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000473565-The-best-way-to-post-a-question

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Alpert, thanks for the reply.

On the S6, it would autocorrect my most common spelling mistakes with the correct word, most of the time.  On the S8+ it doesn't.  An example of this is, if I am typing fast and maybe 3 or 2 words together don't have spaces between them, it will just leave it as it is, so it might be, "theyrenotthesame" and if there's a spelling mistake in there, it doesn't correct it.  Sometimes, with short words, it will get it right, but it's not very often on the S8+.

There are also words that don't make any sense being used as predictions, words that I've never seen before.  They just look like random spelling mistakes that are saved as words, but they aren't words that I've saved.

The pink line thing is where you drag your finger around the keyboard to make words.  That's what I'm talking about, there doesn't seem to be any way to turn it off.

I will do some screen shots of some of the strange predictive text words.

I will also do a video of the keyboard size being stuck on smallish/medium.

    Thanks.

By the way, it's the keyboard size being stuck that I'm most concerned about.  Has nobody else reported this?

This is as large as the keyboard will go now.  It was previously around 50% of the screen, which was perfect!

    Hi,

Can you compare the size of Samsung keyboard and SwiftKey?

I believe this is expected. Please join this conversation regarding the problem of keyboard size.

    Hello,
I have a one plus 5 phone. I encounter almost the same 2 problems as described above. The predictions lately are very bad (and it was very good about a year ago).
The more annoying problem is that the font size keep changing for no apparent reason (ususally to the smallest size, but sometimes also to the largest size or other sizes). I keep changing it back, and after about 1 day it change again.

    Michal.

I have an LG G7, and my keyboard is constantly resizing to the smallest size. I never had this issue on my old phone (LG G4). Super annoying.
