Can you share more details? I don't speak Arabic nor Persian, it's a bit difficult for me to understand what's 28 and what's 32 (I assume you mean the layout?)
If you can link some pictures that you can find on Google or other website, even you can upload some screenshots, we'd appreciate that!
Thanks, and waiting for more information from you.
Hey Alpert. Persian layout on swiftkey on android is awful because there are two keys on one place, but swiftkey persian layout on ios is different and it is awsome.
I don't know why this layout would be different on different OS.
It's clear. I prefer swiftkey persian layout on ios. Because there is every Alphabet in one key but in android there are two alphebets in one key. Ex: گand پ are in one key or طandظ orصandض or زandژ Please look at swiftkey persian layout on ios and android. You will. Understand what i said. Just make persian layout on android like ios.
Unfortunately it's designed without a response if the request was submitted.
The request is well registered once you submitted, and there's tons of work need to be done behind this forum and before it shows on beta version. SwiftKey is used by millions of users, so every change we need to be extremely careful.
This thread will be updated once some progress made and available.
Unfortunately, this problem is still persistent. Some of the main characters of the language are hidden inside other characters and as a result, the layout doesn't comply with the standard Persian/Farsi keyboard layout. Another consequence of this layout is that the words which have those characters are not reachable via swiping. Apparently, the iOS version of the Swiftkey has a different layout for Persian which is consistent with the standard layout.
Hi
The problem still exists. The correct form of Persian layout is which Swiftkey designed for Pashto. I wanted to use it instead of Persian, but the predefined dictionary conflicts.
This form of key positioning in Persian layout is useless. But the Pashto layout with Persian dictionary would be fine.
Is there anyone to deal with it in support team?
Thank you
Hi Farhang F. thank you for your feedback. While we are investigating it further, Can you please try to send some more details regarding the layout of Pashto with Persian dictionary? (Some actual examples or screenshots). As this will be helpful for us!
Microsoft Swiftkey layout for Persian is a compact layout reminding me of a virtual HHK keyboard. It's all fine and dandy until you deal with swiping and predictive input (the flow mode in Swiftkey lingo). How do you swipe in a letter which is normally a long-press key on the Swiftkey keyboard? No body has an answer for it and MS support couldn't care less. FYI, I have already filed a feature request and it was swiftly marked as solved and dismissed. Persian users have been petitioning for a full layout similar to Gboard but it has fallen on deaf ears. I had to go back to Gboard because Swiftkey is unusable swipe-wise.
Hi Amin Mozafari, we are sorry to read about your disappointment. We are always looking for ways to improve SwiftKey. The request is well registered once you submitted, so please be assured that we do take all feedback very seriously and we will take it on board to help guide future development. Thank you!

Hi Mahdi,
As you commented here I removed your duplicate post.
1st question: is your problem linked to the "28" "32" thing?
Alpert
Yes. They are the same.
Thanks for the reply Mahdi.
Next, can you point out which one is you prefer to have and why? (With some details, some actual examples, benefits, etc)
Thank you for your time.
Alpert

I'm agree with mahdi, Persian keyboard is not usable in SwiftKey keyboard ☹️👎

Hey @Alpert.
Now is one year later and we still waiting. Today I submitted a request again but I know you and your team never care about it.
I hate SwiftKey they don't care about it. It's simple and clear. Just open the keyboard and check فارسی language.
As the other friends mentioned the persian layout is not good. It would be nice of you if you make some changes in place of characters. Thank you.
Hey @Alpert
3 years ago I submit a request and nobody answer.
If you want ignore that just say it .
Weak and fraustrating support 😔
