Underlining last word
When I enter text, the last word is underlining while Swiftkey is active. If I send that email in that state, the underlining becomes part of the transmittal and looks really bad to my customers. What can I do? I don't need the underlining to know Swiftkey is looking at that word in normal usage.
As in my knowledge SwiftKey won't do such things. Is it possible to share a screenshot of this problem?
Also, please mention SwiftKey version number, your device model and Android version, plus the email app name and the app version number.
To avoid touching your privacy, I'd recommend you to reproduce this issue by writing some random phrases in an email. No need to send us the original email for your customer.
Thank you
Hi Alpert
I responded to your email with a test sample. My SwiftKey version is 6.6.4.19
Craig
Excuse me, I don't follow.
Which email address?
Here is what the body looks like when I send from my Alto app email:
"did not order.
All the best
Craig "
My name will appear underlined.
Eh, I don't understand...which email address you sent it to? I do not have access to SwiftKey email posted on Play Store.
Give me an email address and I will send you a sample email.
In fact you can send an email to yourself. Please record the steps and share the video clip to us.
Thank you
