Swiftkey and IG
When I try to use hashtags on IG the keyboard freezes and won't send anything or delete, I have to exit out and back in and then it works, but not always the first time.

I cannot reproduce this problem on my devices. Can you confirm that it happens only with SwiftKey (does it also happen with Gboard for instance?) ?
I only use swiftkey never use the stock one or gboard so can't say.

I can try, but it doesn't happen everytime which makes it difficult. I also have notified IG but no word back from them.

If it's possible, you can also try our latest beta 7.0.2.14.
The changelog says some tag problem in IG was fixed, not sure if it's linked to your problem.
Edit:
Tested this on our latest beta and it seems to work better there. Which means the fix will roll out to market in the coming weeks
