All My predictions are gone!

Hello dear friends, All my predictions are gone! I have connected my gmail account and all predictions are synced! But after reseting my phone and connecting again to my Gmail account. All my predictions are gone. Please help!

Maybe if everyone sends a mail to android-support@swiftkey.com they can fix the problem asap 🤔
